Literally THE WORST subway I’ve ever been to. They are so slow, it’s like they’re doing it on purpose. They are rude and creepy. Thought it might be quicker if I ordered online and they missed half of my order even though it was on the receipt. Terrible.

They have their own rules. Subway card is not acceptecd. And more then 3 sauces are not allowed. Also as subway says everything is fresh. Lettuce was not.

My partner ordered a brie sandwich with red peppers, onion sauce, lettuce and cucumber. What she received was a stone-cold sandwich with lettuce, cucumber and red onion. When we spoke to them on the phone, we were told that they didn't have any brie, but rather than calling us to offer an alternative at the point of ordering, they decided it would be better to send that feeble excuse for a sandwich instead and made no effort to send a replacement. Shocking customer service from a team that very clearly doesn't care about customer satisfaction.

Shocking Customer Service.We had a perfectly valid voucher. Sandwich ‘Chefs’ were unhelpful, just told us it wasn’t available on their till.They were thoroughly useless, unhelpful & rude.KFC was very tasty.Never coming back. If I were you, I wouldn’t bother either.No wonder Subway is going out of business. I’m not surprised. Pathetic.

Ordered subway on just eat and twice they got the order incorrect. First time no jalapeños and for the second time no jalapeños or sauce. They keep missing items...its a basic task to follow a list of ingredients.
I have been to this Subway two weeks ago after the lockdown. The food was very fresh and delicious. The staff in the store was very warm welcoming and professional. I really love subway food because it is healthy food and low fat. I recommend Subway to all family and friends.

I paid a visit to this store as I was both in need of a bite to eat, and I happened to be in Whitton.The salad offering was not much to write home about, but served its purpose nonetheless.I did order a a chicken salad wrap, which was prepared with ease.Taste was decent enough, but no cookies available meant I was left with a choice of crisps or crisps.Serves its purpose, but wouldn’t rush back to make a special journey there.
