Recently held a milestone birthday party in The Lady Hamilton room. Thoroughly enjoyed our evening particularly as the staff were so obliging allowing the hosts to conduct a silent disco as part of our celebrations. Thankyou to the staff and Chris for their positive contribution to a wonderful evening.

Spent NY's eve here, best night I've had in a pub for a while. New management has helped this pub to become a very nice place to eat, drink & get merry.Went back for drinks & bar snacks a week later, it still gets 5 stars.

Great value Sunday roast dinner. This is under new management and what a great difference. The food and drinks menu have changed and prices are good value. The Sunday roast was generous and tasty. The staff were helpful and attentive.

Chris & Nikita couldn’t do enough to ensure our night was perfect in every way. From the moment our group arrived this evening for a birthday celebration, despite it being NYE, th staff were attentive and ensured we were all catered for. Special shout out to Chris who was most hospitable. A pub we’d never usually go to, despite it being up the road… most pleasant experience and can’t wait to return in the new year. What an afternoon/evening! 5 stars ?

Went there for a Sunday dinner yesterday had to wait over an hour for food,but had great service and patience from autumn if it wasn't for her I probably would have left and gone somewhere else.

The staff here are so friendly and accommodating, it is lovely to walk into a place like that. We had a birthday party for my partner and they all helped to set up the area. The atmosphere is brilliant. They have huge screens for the sport which is a plus. I couldn't recommend this pub more if you fancy good service and a relaxed sit down with drinks and friends ?
