Had great lunch, very busy as one can expect, but found great service with a delightful waiter who helped me with my choices and made it a most pleasant experience. Thankyou Mr Carlo.Vegetarian options: Ask Mr Carlo he will help no doubt.

Not your average airport restaurant or airport food. Better, much better. I enjoyed their full English breakfast. Tasty and fresh. The coffee was also very good. They do health options as well.

Excellent food and drinksPoor service, a person with an allergy (who is not in the dish taken) in our group receives his dish when those of the others are cold... supposedly since it is Japanese we serve the dishes gradually gradually and they can't serve all the dishes at the same time haha only Japanese cuisine place where this happenedBesides, take us for idiots
I’ve been to Wagamama a few times while I’m the UK, but this has got to have been the best experience I’ve had. Honestly, some of the best service I’ve had while abroad here in the UK. Our food was ready in minutes, and our server, Carlo, was incredibly charming. He was super helpful, answering all of our questions, and definitely made my friends and I laugh. I left for my flight in a better mood than I’d come with. 5 stars!

I have coeliac disease and so must eat a gluten free diet. I was served by someone who knew exactly what they were talking about, shown the gluten free menu, the allergy menu and told that my breakfast would be made by the manager in a separate area, with the usual disclaimer that they'll do their best but can't guarantee there will be no cross contamination as there is gluten in the kitchen. If only everywhere was like this, thank you Wagamama
