Hello, I've been a loyal Caffè Nero customer for several years, and I frequently visit the Upminster, Essex store. Unfortunately, my recent experiences there have been consistently disappointing. Upon each visit, I find myself unacknowledged and confronted by grumpy, rude, and unfriendly staff, a trend that has persisted over time.This is not an isolated incident, and I am compelled to bring this matter to your attention. The staff's lack of professionalism is evident, requiring customers to initiate greetings and repeat their orders, only to receive a disinterested response in return. During my last visit on Sunday, I took a photo of the staff member in question to share with you to investigate, as none of them were wearing name badges, making it challenging to identify individuals.In stark contrast, I must commend the excellent service at another local store in Brentwood. The staff there are friendly, engaging in conversation, and providing a positive experience for customers.As regular patrons of this store, we have consistently encountered disrespectful treatment, and I believe it is crucial to investigate and rectify this issue.I hope that my feedback prompts a thorough examination of the customer service practices at the Upminster store, leading to improvements in staff behavior and overall service quality.

Coffee is too bitter, looks like machines are not cleaned properly. Most of the times baristas are not very friendly. Looks like the place is always short of staff. Tables are messy. That was my last time going there.

Stopped in for coffee .friendly staff good coffee .very clean .went to Costa first it was so filthy walked away cigarette ends all over the floor filthy tables full up ashtrays etc. So give it a miss and go to Cafe

They won't make you whatever drink you like for example I asked if the luxury ones could be on ice, and they said no. I've only been to this one a couple of times it's the perfect place to sit with friends for a morning coffee, staff could be a lil friendlier.
