I attended here without a booking as I was let down by another venue on the day of arrival, which was for a best friends birthday treat, called the veune and within 30 mins we had afternoon tea ready!
Which i really appreciated,
Honestly I can't describe the feeling and experience we had other 100% on everything.
I'm looking forward to booking again.

1b Sunnyside Gardens, UpminsterWe love it here because of the people who run it and work there. Jordan and Jack are so welcoming. Sometimes there is music on which is always really good, but on nights where there isn't music it's still a buzzing little place. Always something going on.

13 Station Rd, Upminsterthis is the best restaurant i’ve ever been to! the food was a DELIGHT, i enjoyed every last bit. i got the pollo ai funghi and i devoured it! even my family, who aren’t very fond of mushrooms, thoroughly enjoyed trying my dish. the staff are phenomenal and are extremely social, making the experience very comfortable. would 100% come again!

155 St. Marys Ln, UpminsterBest coffee in Upminster. As someone from Australia where the coffee is amazing, I discovered this place whilst visiting home. So much better than the chain coffee shops nearby. Was busy inside and very nice with a good atmosphere. Food looked great too.

The Tea Room
Ockendon Rd, UpminsterVisited today and we had a lovely experience, staff were friendly and attentive, tea rooms were immaculately clean and the bread pudding was sooo delicious. We had the afternoon tea package which was great value and the teapot got re-filled without us even asking! Will definitely return ?

The Puddle Cafe & Restaurant
Puddledock Farm, St. Marys Ln, UpminsterWe arrived at 2:55 and they served us even though there was a sign that said no food orders after 3 pm. We were pleasantly surprised at the food, Sausage sandwiches and an omelette, which was exactly what we wanted at the time. Very homey and down to earth place. We wanted a quick "tea" and we got what we wanted.

We had a short wait for our table but it added to the excitement for a £1 main! The food was delicious and came out in good time! Although staff were run off their socks, all of them were still in good spirits even nearly at end of service when we left! 100% I will be booking again, well done everyone!

Itbos always very busy with customers and the poor staff don't have any respite as they're always rushed off their feet serving customers. I enjoy the p ace and tranquility that it offers. It also allows dog owners to bring their pets and owners are keen to keep their pets ckos by and respectful of others. Highly recommended.
