Great little spot, recently under new management. Decent food at fair prices, friendly service and free entertainment with the planes going by - what's not to like? Will definitely be back.

The sausage baguette was banging, and well worth the wait. You can watch the planes and helicopters while you're waiting. The chocolate cake I had here was to die for! The best I ever had.

I did a wingwalk on Sept 4th 2022 in aid of Isabel Hospice. Flew with Buzz at Damyns Hall Aerodrome, Upminster, London. The entire team were fantastic and friendly. The pilot took the time to chat with me about the charity and how much I'd raised. I also got time to have photos taken in front of and on the plane before take-off by Isabel Hospice who was also there that day.

Great place to visit to see small and microlight aircraft, small cafe serves pies and jellied eels.

Took quite a while to get there and there was no food on offer, very disappointing.

Not great unfortunately. £9.50 for the smoked salmon and poached egg on toast. One slice of hard cold toast, congealed butter on the toast, one small hard poached egg, two slices of avocado and a small wafer of smoked salmon. All served in a polystyrene container. Almost impossible to cut the rock hard toast without going through the container. Such a shame. Was really looking forward to it. I am hoping this was a one off so I will be back at somepoint to try again.Friendly staff and a great location for a quick bite. Fingers crossed for next time.
