worst experience i have ever had in my 23 years alive with a working person. The cashier should be ashamed of himself, no customer service skills.APPARENTLY IT IS FINE FOR HIM TO ACT TO HIS CUSTOMERS LIKE DOGS, telling me to “sit” when i argued back to him like i am some kind of dog. Plus many many other things that he did in 10 minutes that i was there. If you experience any kind of disability and have speech impairment please do yourself a favour and avoid this place unless you want to be made to feel bad. I hope Shell will do something against him or at least check their cameras.

I feel like I was robbed in the middle of the day right in front my eyes. The situation is extraordinary, EURO CAR PARKS charged me, then I tried blow up my tire at the Shell station in Upminster. I tried to inflate a tire myself and failed then I simply asked for a help.The staff asked me just wait. Later I got help but I received a PENALTY as-well for not being able to do it in 15 minutes. When I disagreed, they handed me over debt recovery plus and I paid £136 for a tire inflation! No one should ever drive there because help is expensive.Just a business nothing personal.

Very clean, didn't get oily hands whilst filling up, courteous staff, unfortunately fuel expensive.

If you’re using the electric charger you must give your registration to the cashier or you will get a fine. Great charger but signage could be clearer for this.

Do not use this garage to charge and electric vehicle, I have just been fined for staying for 35 minutes when the allotted time is only 15 minutes. anyone with and electric vehicle knows its not possible to charge it in 15 minutes so you will receive a fine every time you try to charge it. DO NOT USE THIS GARAGE

Terrible, I am exempt from wearing a face covering due to medical reasons, went in for a coffee and clerk, who wasn't wearing a coving either, ordered me outside despite me showing him my exemption badge. No one else in store either. Very degrading. I won't be back.
