Stopped to get a coffee on exiting North Middlesex hospital. This branch is located on the ground floor, near the hospital's main entrance. There were a few customers at the time of my visit but the service was still fairly slow. There were few cake items available. The restaurant and seating area was very clean.
On the week days I have no issues the the staff are polite and efficient, especially Mariam who always looks after me. Weekends are the complete opposite and I genuinely dread coming to get a coffee on the weekend because it’s the same individual who takes 30 minutes to serve 3 people. It’s beyond belief anyone can move this slowly. Please please please do something about this person because it is frustrating working in a busy hospital and wait this long for something simple...read full review

Service when they bother to open very slow. Coffee always so hot and often undrinkable. Make up the opening times as they go along. Most days it shut before 2pm with no warning. Some days didn't open at all. Gave up in the end and used the Starbucks machine in restaurant. Much nicer.
