It arrived minus gravy, the whole point why we ordered 2 large mash potato as a side was to have mash and gravy, 0 gravy arrived , we ordered 2 large gravy but now have none for our mash. Please can you send us the gravy asap please.This was meant to ve a treat to me from ny son on my birthday ?

I don’t think anyone has particularly high expectations of KFC employees but apparently placing items in a bag is too much, even for these people. Order cancelled after an hour and 20 minutes. Utter waste of space - don’t bother.

They always miss items, just ordered through their official app, took my order and came home just to realise that half of my order is missing, called their branch and nobody answered my call, absolutely pathetic service.

Overall, disgusting customer service. Walked in said hello to blank faces. Almost like I'm not welcome cos I'm doing a collection order rather than paying at the counter.Secondly the lady forgot an item on the food order. I showed her the app and she checked her order board. Realised the mistake and didn't say anything. Only after I asked if I could actually get the item did she then ask for one to be made. No apology or anything again blank faces.Seems like the lady in the headscarf needs to learn how to be more approachable.
