Overall, disgusting customer service. Walked in said hello to blank faces. Almost like I'm not welcome cos I'm doing a collection order rather than paying at the counter.Secondly the lady forgot an item on the food order. I showed her the app and she checked her order board. Realised the mistake and didn't say anything. Only after I asked if I could actually get the item did she then ask for one to be made. 7 of us went to KFC Edmonton after the concert, and we were all satisfied with the quality of the food and service. There was no place to sit, but the food was fresh and the staff were good. I wanted to thank them for their service.

Was pretty busy when I went there.. Luckily I was able to order ahead using the app and saved some time.. The chicken was quite good overall.. I went there at about 7pm on a weekday.. Recommended for a quick bite
