Ordered a small hot chocolate a coke and a cheese and ham panini that was in the display fridge. Went to pay and thought nothing of it. They didn't tell me they took my panini off me. It wasn't until I went back to ask about it since I paid all in total £7.20 (INCLUDING THE PANINI THEY STOLE OFF ME). They told me it wasn't there fault and never gave me my money back. Appalling behavior. Made me feel stupid for asking where my food was. Not to mention i have really bad anxiety so it took me a while to build my courage up enough to go ask about it. I never got a refund back.

I went at 6 am, so yes, the staff must be tired, but to order a hot chocolate and get just hot milk with the slightest taste of chocolate is unacceptable. I know the problem is with how the staff made it because every other Costa I have been to has never tasted so bad. He also looked so miserable serving us, I get it's 6 am but that doesn't really excuse poor customer service.
doesn't take cash, if I didn't have another option I would have taken my cash elsewhere
