Joke of a place ordered at 7! They kept changing the time got pushed to 9 phoned them up to be told my foods been waiting there because there is no driver woman didn’t care on the phone or couldn’t be bothered avoid this place !

I ordered from bam bams last week and was not happy with the service. First of all I ordered a large donner and chips with a drink. I repeated my order twice, paid by card and got given a small donner and chips. When the chef was making my food and boxed it he ate a chip straight from my box with his hand. I asked for sauce on top of the donner and the man said he will give me extra sauce packs. He gave me 1 small dip, when I asked for 1 more he was like 1 have given u extra sauce already. He didn’t give me extra.

Read the reviews and went to try for myself today. Ordered the lamb donner rice box and cheeseburger. It was delicious. The box is great for a regular everyday meal.

This should be a chicken donner wrap, a mix if vegetables with some meat cooked sometime past week all together, then frozen and reheated. I gave a try the taste is like of burned-out, testure is no way to split meat from vegetables. Only think fresh was the lettuce.Very disappointed.

Bambam is just a glorified chicken and chip shop unfortunately. You’re paying higher than average price and you are not getting quality for money.Everything is marketed to look appealing but in reality it is not. £5 pound for a chicken burger, which has nothing different other than a brioche bun. Don’t even feel like it was fried properly. Fries are horrible, Doner meat is a definitely a no go. Smash burgers are ok but sometimes served on cold buns.Sorry but i wont be buying from there again. Really really disappointed with the quality of food.
I decided to pop down to Bam Bam and give the donner's a try. I ordered the tandoori chicken donner and spicy donner and we weren't disappointed.Both donner's were tasty, full of flavour, saucy and the spice level was just perfect. The meat comes on a bed of French fries and gives it that crunch.The staff are friendly, portion were decent and reasonably priced.The food is a household favourite and we'll be back really soon.

Until yesterday I thought the food was amazing and today i found out about their hygiene, ordered a mix meat donor and found hairs in the food, there were 2 of them, i just took it out and thought it cant be hair, then found dead insects in the food, went back straight away and found out the whole place is filled with insects, people of Uxbridge, i know the food is good but please check your food before you consume it, they simply just accepted - they said and i quote “yeah, today we had so many insects in here, dont know why”.

The taste of every food is so mouth watering ?and its worth paying the money for food . The best part is they have good options for vegetarian food as well .. ??Must visit this store
