“If you like the intimacy of a trattoria, are in need of some nostalgia and some delicious home cooked food that doesn't feel like it's out of a packet, this place is for you. Wow, this is what we need nowadays, the human touch, and this is what we seem to be missing more and more. This place seats around 20 and with its pretty lighting feels very welcoming. The owner, Martin, a real character, is up for chatting if you like (if time allows i guess) the waitress was very genuine and lovely. The food was delicious and good portions at a good price. A real treasure in Uxbridge. My only gripe is that sadly i don't live here cos this would be my local!”

“Lovely quiet rainy Friday lunchtime. Walked in with four very wet dogs and couldn't have been made more welcome. Had a light , very tasty lunch, which was very affordable. Dogs had treat biscuits and water at the 'dog bar . What more could all six of us want ? Def going back on our canal walks. Highly recommend ?”
