One could tell that this is a franchise because of the way it is kept (not that clean) and managed (defrosted food, staff look like paycheck workers). Apart from what is sent from the top managerial level (i.e., from the main Burger King business), there are hardly any special offers or products to make this place stand apart from the other Burger King locations. The only upside, if it carries any weight with you, is that the have a drive-thru with a large parking lot.

Rudest manager I have EVER had to deal with!Burger King you need to investigate, he has zero customer service skills and has a temper.Closes the store early whenever they feel like, won't add cheese to veggie meals, won't replace burgers that they made a mistake on! Generally a really poor attitude and rude obnoxious towards customers.Updated 2024, still really bad management. Rude, not trained in customer service at all, just pure business penny pinching mentality.Vegetarian options: Bean burger used to be better, but this is acceptable for now. Vegan royale is a great choice and the veggie whopper.

Horrible food the Muslim guy gave us beef when we strictly don’t eat beef it’s against our religion he served us beef whooper and unknowingly I had a bite but after smelling it unusual went back to shop and asked what this is and I was informed it’s beef it made me mad and on top the attitude of that black guy instead of saying sorry he kept arguing saying you never said he start to argue and that is a big offence to serve beef to Hindus the droid there is disgusting not happy with the food nor the service horrible I would not even rate 1 star I would request inspection to inspect the store and I’m sure you will find bad food there

Tables left uncleared and dirty. Generally dirty, doors, floors. Took 20 mins to get an order placed on the app and then got told no ketchup.

On Sunday 29.10.23 , I went to your Glencoe rd Yeading,Hayes branch to buy a meal at around 12.32, ticket number 761 according to receipt, I drove in but my attention was taken by the adverts on your  billboard. Since there was no one behind me, I was taking my time. Without thinking , I drove on, I missed your drive thru order area, and I drove to the payment area. Even though I could see no one was behind me, I could not reverse because of the bend, I could not see cars coming behind me. At the payment area, I was served by ... who told me I should have done the orders at the order area. I apologised and explained the above. I told  ... what I wanted, the classic meal. She could not understand  what I wanted in my classic, and she told me to go back to the entrance and order from the order area. She could not serve me. So I drove back around. In all that time, there was no one behind me. Even when I drove around, I was still the only one. I understand  if there were other customers behind me to save time. But I was the only one. At the order area, guess who asked for my order. Same staff ... I could not even see on your billboard the classic meal. In the end, I said with chillie bites because she had mentioned them before. I drove to the payment area, paid, and I left, still being the only one. There was no one  behind me. Could she not have helped  me at the payment  area without making me drive round to the order area again? I'm disappointed with such a service. I will not allow myself to be treated the same. So I will not be returning to that branch and possibly to all Burger Kings because I will be reminded of this experience. Sometimes, as people, we need to show consideration and patience, and kindness. These values are priceless, but they can be costly to your business to either bring or lose customers and, in this case, lose customers.
