Unfortunately, the Kashmiri (Pink) Chai was well under par. It used to be good that I would come regularly just for this but the decrease in quality is very noticeable. The price is not justified and to pay extra for nuts too is disappointing when it's traditionally a packaged deal. The nuts are tasteless and given in a powder form. The taste of the chai is like slightly sweetened milk. Quite bland to what it was before. The karak chai is still good but there are better ones around like Chai Master and Chaiiwala.Hopefully they improve the quality.

Did not enjoy my experience at all. Nothing about this place was authentic. I ordered the Arabic breakfast and the food seemed processed. Nothing about it was Arabic. The food portions are a joke for the amount they charge. The iced Spanish coffee tasted like iced milk. Won’t be eating from this place again. No Ac on a hot day.

I hate doing reviews like this, but this was awful, £8.90 for an Arab breakfast...... I genuinely felt robbed, it looked like South Asian prison food, served in card with a razor blade sharp plastic fork that would dice your lips! The only thing arab about this was the price! The parata was tiny and cut into 4 dorrito sized triangles, followed by an omelette made by the smallest flying creature to grace the skies, this omelette had less taste than scrambled lego!Hot dog?... ill just leave it at that,No clue what that spam thing was, it was cold... it didn't taste of anything...The iced karak was blend of sugar and condensed milk.... that's it...All I can say was that it is edible, nothing on the cardboard cereal cut out plate wasn't edible, I was always told to finish my plate, so I did, but it wasn't worth the coin, it was an odd mix of cold, hot and warm foods (if you can call it that) with zero texture that confused and irritated me, if the menu had pictures it would have warned me, but there wasn't any, so I'll just have to warn you with this review,Staff were nice ... the store was clean, but the menu is a thing of fiction, genuinely would have felt better to not have eaten there and just tip the staff £10 and be on my way.

Went expecting good things instead got high prices and bad quality items, parathas are made from frozen not fresh, karak Chai is way too sweet, portions are very small for the price. Won't be returning.

It’s a nice cosy place but too small not enough seating place. Staff was nice and friendly too. The karak chai was good but too sweet. And Nutella paratha was good but paratha could have been cooked a bit more. I would go again if they is sitting space. But the place was a bit dirty.

What can I say- it is all about my ego and the tasty chai. Pop in, try yourself and strike a polite conversation with the staff. It becomes my routine now:) besides I love the cinnamon:)

Lovely experience, walked in for a frappucino and cinnamon chaii; loved it. Lovely interior with sitting spaces ,good in summers. Now I know where to head for amazing chai. Love it and recommend highly to all the chai lovers…!!!

Reasonably happy, it was the first time so maybe I interpreted wrong but sales felt pushy to some extent but that could be misreading the interaction as it seemed genuine as they asked a few times.Lovely atmosphere for a small shop, the quality of the karak chaii was excellent. My only complaint/concern is that get the small cardboard cutouts used for coffee cups due to holding the takeaway coffee cup was extremely hot, so much so I felt I could drop it at any point taking it back to my car.All that accounted for I’ll definitely see myself coming back to Chaii Pot & it is definitely a small local business worth supporting at first glance especially as it is the only shop like this in the Uxbridge Town Centre.

Lovely experience. Had a Karak Chai and pistachio milk cake. First time trying pistachio milk cake - delicious.

I went yesterday with my friends and we just love it. Very nice service and food. The place looks amazing and is very quiet and peaceful. I will definitely come back.Kid-friendliness: I was impressed

Sorry but the karak chai tasted like water. Birmingham has the best karak chai. Customer service needs improvement. Gave atmosphere a 2 only due group of people sitting outside watching the football and getting emotional about it .Won't be stopping by here again

I ordered on Uber eats. I am absoloutly livid with my order from this place. On the menu I ordered ‘Oman chips’ I did not know that this was a packet of crisps- should have been labelled correctly. They charged me £4 for a packet of crisps. Unbelievable. Do not waste your money with these scam artists. So incredibly upset with all of the food but the crisps are just a joke. Poor quality, bad taste and a complete rip off! DO NOT EAT HERE.

Chai is great and reasonably priced! Liked the parathas too but a bit on the small side for the price - didn't seem like good value for money and would not order food again if this is what is to be expected. Electronic menus are a bit difficult to read.

I visited this lovely place a few months ago. I'd never tried Chaii, nor Milk Cake so I was in for a fabulous surprise!I had the Pink Kashmiri Chaii, and a Pistachio Milk Cake. I love my food and have a sweet tooth, have eaten in many countries but Oh My Days, this beautiful assault on my senses was sublime. The smooth, silky chaii and the beautiful texture and flavours of the milk cake were like heaven in my mouth.I really hope I'll be back in the area soon, definitely on my list to return!
