Very rude staff who looked annoyed when I just asked them how much their muffins were when there was no price tag or anything. Then I asked how much their yule log was, since again, there was no price and the woman didn't even bother to tell me, she just said 'No idea'. Then when I asked to scan the costa rewards points with she looked annoyed that I even asked to claim my points, as if I was doing her a disfavour. Then when I wanted to pay with a COSTA gift card she just said we don't accept them - I think she just didnt want to have to type in the gift card number. Whats the point of paying for a gift card when you cant even spend it? by that point I should have already abandoned my items and left due to how rude she was. Then unsurprisingly they had run out paper bag to take my items in.
