The service is very slow and one staff in particular in the name of Betty is extremely rude. Half of the time they haven’t got the right sort of milk to put in your coffee plus it takes around 10 minutes to get a coffee Terrible staff and service.

Evening baristas terrible customer service. Walked in the store to no acknowledgement, ignored by Baristas who carried on cleaning tasks despite me waiting. Mumbled/barely audible answers to my question regarding stock. I get you want to go home but speak to me like a customer or better even a human.

Love this costa it's been my local since I've been a late teen. Now moved away but always love coming back. Fairly quiet as its tucked away, spacious seating area, well layed out and the customer service is always accommodating and friendly. Thank you so much

Not my favourite Costa Coffee ☹️ staff here are awfully rude, poor service, not attentive, long wait times and a few times the server didn’t know how to make the frappe ? quite a spacious cafe with seating both indoors and outside. Ample Parking outside. Reasonably priced. Good choice of sandwiches, cakes, hot and cold drinks ? can get quite busy at lunch times.\\n\\nHowever, due to the poor customer services, this cafe is not recommended, avoid ??☕️

My daughter got a drink from there which was good but the young guy kicked the dirty cup that was on the floor and I wasnt impressed,its not professional or hygienic and put me off going there

If you would really like to be alone or be with someone. Visit Costa Coffee at Hayes Town. The crowd and the smiling workers at counters will welcome you warmly. Great ambience and you might be tempted to stay there long. Cool place!
