The kfc is on the small side. The lady who serve me was nice enough, however I think it's incredibly rude of the staff to start convocations with one another in their own language when some customers don't underatand . That that was a supervisor or manager I think. Not good. Keep it for break times.Parking: Very busy road, near bus lanes not good parking.

IncompetentsI asked for 3 legs and 2 thighs, popcorn chicken, a drink 2 corns gravy , chips and a drink.I got 3 breasts, 1 leg 1 thigh, gravy, drink.When I told them about what’s missing I get told that I cancelled the chips and as for the chicken in fairness they did apologise and then they were stunned to find out the popcorn chicken was missing,but by then I got too frustrated.Please avoid.I will never use this rat and pigeon again.

Location very convenient, staffs are pleasant, always ask if u are been seen to. Although at times it may be a bit busy but not for very long. I usually order when am on the bus, since it's right at the bus stop it super easy just to walk in a pick up meal. Saves time. Keep the crowd moving.Parking: This restaurant is just by the bus stop on busy main street. Parking may be on the side road, in front of restaurant there are limited paid street parking.Wheelchair accessibility: For the size of the restaurant maybe you can get a wheelchair in the place as its ground floor. Have not really notice anything that would prevent a wheel chair access except for limited space

Good when not packed with youths and delivery drivers
The food at this particular KFC doesn't usually disappint me. However, recently, their wrap of the days have been undercooked, making it unpleasant to eat. Their chicken pieces, tenders, and wings come out great almost all the time. The only unfortunate thing about those particular KFC is that the staff can come off as disrespectful or careless. I understand that they may be producing great product, however, the customer service needs a lot more work. Its a shame because their food isn't bad most of the time, I will update this review if I find that their service improves.
