KFC UXBRIDGEwalked into a fairly empty KFC however all tables were littered with rubbish and the three female staff members (2 in black T-shirts & 1 in a shirt) were congregated behind the tills chatting to each other.Because the tables were extremely messy I approached the counter and asked nicely if the tables could be cleaned in order for us to sit down and have some food ourselves.The staff members just looked at me and stayed where they were. It took them a while to come and clean the tables as they decided to talk about me for asking them to clean the tables as they clearly don’t like being asked to do their jobs.This is poor management.I stood at the tills and did hear the lady in the shirt discuss what I asked them to do, hardly professional behaviour. There is no excuse to have dirty tables when a restaurant is empty. This just tells me that the staff here are lazy and unprofessional. It’s not the first time I’ve been here and been unhappy with the staff.Toilets are always dirty, upstairs is never open because the staff just can’t be arsed to clean anywhere clearly.Management need to sort the staff out because I never have a positive encounter here

Staff asked me to use the digital board to order… too lazy to take mine although I was already at the counter.Chicken piece was very greasy but everything else was great.Had to down vote because the toilets were disgusting, stank of urine and the only baby changing unit was out of order… not very accommodating if ya have a baby and NEED to change them.

I recently went to KFC and ordered the zinger burger and chips. Unfortunately, the food was not fresh and didn't taste very good. Additionally, the restaurant was not clean. However, the staff was okay. Overall, I was disappointed with my experience at KFC.

I recently visited the uxbridge high street KFC the chicken is very oily and salty no crispy its like a normal chicken .I showed the chicken to the manager and asked him he was not having any reply. I m very disappointed. KFC is very popular please dont spoil the name of KFC by serving this type of chicken to the customers. ?????.

Ppl that work here that I've been served by don't interact like they do in the other branches.. At LEAST pretend your not constantly annoyed lol I get it(u work on your feet all day) but you may want to step up your customer service. Apart from that KFC is KFC. ?

Usually quite a decent KFC, if there's any problems with orders they usually rectify very promptly and without fuss.Helpful that the new ordering machines have been put in but not everyone is familiar with them and it was a shame that the lady at the till insisted they no longer took card there and that card orders were to only be done on the new machines. While I was in there an elderly gentleman was struggling and had no idea, Only when I offered to help him the till lady then said its OK I'll take your payment here, very heartless to have left him struggling when you could had clearly could of made the exception and took the payment.

Disgusting seen some one take a bit of undercooked chicken back and they just reserved it . I ended up with severe food poisoning. Should have realised as the staff were manky.

Tables are not wiped, the cleaning staff cannot cope in cleaning the tables. Always a busy place. Good for take aways, food is great but only the cleanliness inside is the main problem.Kid-friendliness: Kids friendly not as much as macdonalds. They are more teenagers and adults.

I ordered a twister wrap meal and the customer service from the girls at front was appalling. They were so rude and spoke to me with their back turned on me. The girls were rudely screaming across to customers. I ordered an Oreo milkshake and in the end they did not have any, they gave me the milky bar and I was not impressed. No apologies. Just pure blunt rudeness.

Food is usually cold and hard. Staff usually are not wearing gloves and Customer service is poor. The portion size always feels smaller compared to other branches. Whenever I’ve had food delivered I have never received my full order there is always at least one thing missing and they don’t offer refunds or delivery of missing items.

Very disappointed with the service and staff. My order was take away and I was service with a tray. Even my food was du.ped in a box and beans leaking out. My lunch was destroyed. Never going back again. After spending £8.49 I should be given better service
