Good scandi sandwiches. Also, left my phone there and went back in straightaway the staff had already picked it up and kept it safe for me to collect!

The tall lady, distinguished by her kind demeanor, red hair, and eyeglasses, exhibited excessive loudness and discontent upon being informed of my membership and discounts. Subsequently, she engaged in unwarranted gossip with fellow staff members, leading to disparaging looks from the entire crew, including a bold gentleman. Moreover, she raised her voice at me without clear cause. Notably, another staff member, while referring to me as the lady with the headscarf, indulged in gossip with a customer. This experience highlights a significant need for improved customer service training and professionalism among the staff. I suspect that my Muslim identity, adorned with a hijab, may have contributed to their unprofessional behavior.

Great selection as usual at Prêt . What is special here is :-1:- you can sit down , which was great for my elderly mother , after shopping . There are extra seats upstairs, and if is air conditioned , which is more and more important in our hot summers .2:- very helpful, friendly staffIt’s also worth mentioning that there is free water available if you just want to eat without paying for a drink .There is a water fountain on the way to the loos, with disposable cups .A really great place for a pause .

I've been coming to this Pret for a year and a half now and I have always had a wonderful experience there, so I thought it was about time for me to write a review about this place. The staff is always so warm and welcoming. Always taking care of my needs and working with professionalism.I had the chance to grab a coffee and go, but also to have breakfast and afternoon tea there. And every time, I was treated very nicely and the food was always delicious and very fresh.To be completely honest, all the drinks and coffee are made with great quality and attention to detail. But it truly doesn't compare with the quality of humanity shown by the staff. The care, love and passion they bring to their customers is something very rare to find nowadays. And I think that's what makes a place different than the others. The products are important but secondary. The most important factor is the people. And here the people are a 10 out of 10. That makes this place unique.

Paid £4.50 on uber eats for essentially a cup of ice. Its crazy how much ice they put in a small cup theres hardly anything left to drink!! Waste of money

The bald guy is loud and obnoxious. No wonder the staff are so miserable. They talk about customers so everyone can hear. Get some staff training and teach them some customer service, perhaps. Pret food is lovely..this store is a let down.....give it a miss.Vegetarian options: Good veggie options.

Opening hours keep on changing. Some weekdays you'd arrive at 1900 and you'd be served and on some weekdays 2 minutes past 1800 and its found closed. Some of the employees can be quieter whilst working. One (bald Asian) man working here is too loud. Rest of the staff is ok. Couple of them are good.

Well I have been to pret a manger almost in all the locations. Since i have taken the subscription, i utilise it every time. But today it was some other kind of experience which made me drop my experience. I belong to the hospitality industry and i am aware about all the in and out. Today i was served by Kasia on the till. I was about to use my subscription but unfortunately my id was logged out. And due to no proper receiption i wasnt able to login and i decided to go ahead and pay for it. But Kasia said no problem I will wait. And that thing touched. She was soo kind of me to wait for me to get into my id and save some money. But it isnt about the money. Her intention to look after her guest. That thing touched. You can get many service in this industry but this is something which is rare. I would surely love to have her in my team. Pret a manger if you plan to have an employee of the year. Take my recommendation and give it to Kasia from Uxbridge. She is superb. I wish her all the best and a big thank you.

Although they close on 19:30 but if you sit upstairs, they ask you to exit before 18:30. It is not acceptable at all. Besides, one of the staffs is not polite,and stares at girls!! it will damage this brand in a time.

Staff members are talking bad about the costumers in front of them. I have a membership code, and I asked my partner to get me a coffee while I was sitting on the table. Half an hour after I went to take another one. The staff start to talk about it in front off me as I was not there saying " is the same code used by a different costumer, this is illegal, as per the law we need to stop her ", but non of them said nothing to me and just look ugly at me all the time as i was stealing the coffee. There was a small bold guy ( who usually has a terrible attitude with the customers acting as his the pret owner ) with an asian girl.Anyways, horrible customer service, and I will definitely not recommend to anyone to take the membership since they will start treat you as second class citizen by using the code. You don't need that stress when you are just getting a coffee.

The customer service was utterly disappointing and left me frustrated with their unhelpful and apathetic attitude. The Asian guy out there not even know the the meaning of politeness. They were behaving as if they are giving me a free coffee.They have embarrassed me, and iam so sorry to say this.
