Friday evening walked into Uxbridge Prezzo with my wife and 2 kids. There was roughly around 10 people dining in. I was greated by the manager who walked us to our seats. After sitting down for around a minute, a waitress approached us to order our drinks. As we only just sat down I then asked if we could have a few minutes to settle down. The manager then came back after a few minutes and asked what we would like. I mentioned we hadn't had a chance to look as we were not given any drinks menu. He then brought some over to us and walked away.We then ordered our food and drinks from the waitress and asked for it all to come at the same time. As we ordered from the kids menu, the desert was included. After maybe 10mins of waiting the waitress came with my kids desert. We hadn't had our starter or main yet. The food arrived, my pizza did not include the extra I asked for and one of the pizzas for one of kids. After they sorted this all out, the waitress then came with a plate of calamari and walked off. I then got their attention and mentioned we already had our plate and she took it and left.Once we finished our dinner I then asked for the desert to come back. It came and the ice lolly was one that seemed to be at the bottom of the freezer it was literally a chuck of ice. I then mentioned this to the waitress who then said it was their last and nothing they could do. I paid the bill with no discount offered on the missed out extras the rubbish service I recieved.Overall the food was good, but the service was below par.

Our recent visit to Prezzo Italian Restaurant in Uxbridge was a complete disappointment. The food lacked flavor, the presentation was haphazard, and the service was indifferent and impolite. We won't be returning or recommending this restaurant.

Ordered via Uber Eats. It kept saying preparing etc. I was still waiting an hour and a half later. I rang up Prezzo to just be told that it was picked up and was probably stolen, no apology at all. Just told that it happens all the time and nothing can be done about it.

The service at Prezzo was great and the staff are very lovely and patient however some of our meals were not very pleasant unfortunately. The vegan options were a huge let down and although we didn’t have high expectations, it was very disappointing. The dessert was also very small for the price so wouldn’t recommend. The crab linguine was lovely however so avoid vegan pizzas and stick to pasta if you go here.

Food was very tasty, the one star was to give the tall young lad with glasses who absolutely had no customer service!!! Been waiting for so long to get his attention to order our food and drink, we were thinking about getting dessert, but this young lad just ignored every time I tried to make contact with him! What a rubbish waiter! Finally got his attention and he asked “ Are you sure you don’t want to order any dessert ?” Thank god I held my anger! And when the bill came , 2 for 1 cocktails was not included, they wanted to charge me twice, I said no! So waiting for getting a bill for another 10 minutes! What a untrained waiter, if your customer service still be like this, you might shut down your business then!!
Steph was the best! Highly recommended coming here for a lovely dinner. Thank you so much for your service Steph you were incredible. Made us all laugh and made my night before I leave for university!

Pleasantly surprised at this establishment. Very accommodating place to handle dietary requirements. Staff are well trained, and pizza was oven baked at the front of the restaurant.Kids menu is great value too.Seating plan is broad enough for am atmosphere, while enjoying enough for privacy.

Super expensive. It was very hot inside. Did not put the 2 for 1 deal on our drinks so had to ask. Big portions though and food was tasty enough.

David was our waiter, he was very good. The food was really nice and the timing was perfect. The restaurant was empty but was extremely clean and well laid out. I think that the portion size was good and well priced. The restaurant staff were good humoured and seemed to be happy. I think that we will come back here!

Probably more like a 3.5 star review.We had the Baratta to start, which was a very bland dish overall, the cheese was nice, but of mediocre quality. We then had Lobster ravioli, which again was quite bland, chicken Alfredo which was pretty tasty and the prawn spaghetti dish which was ok.The food was all served very quickly and the waitress was very kind to us, however, the staff generally just seemed a bit chaotic, a guy who was making the drinks was on the phone using his ear pods the entire time and blatantly saw même vers of staff getting annoyed with each other.Overall, I would say it was a very average experience given everything mentioned above and for the price, it just didn’t seem worth it. Could certainly be improved in my opinion.
