If I could give 0 I would, I just ordered from there from Uber eats, one of the items was a tuna sandwich with spinach, peppers, onions, mixed peppers and mixed seads with siracha sauce - my tuna sandwich came with 2 spinach leaves and onions with some siracha sauce… this is so disappointing honestly!!! I had to add mayo myself so is isn’t as bland! Just not to mention, my 2nd item was another tuna sandwich which had a huge letters rear ends inside it - both sandwiches where 6 inch meal. If you hate your job, why don’t you just quit?

Previously had good experiences here but today, 18 Oct 2022, I was lied to which annoyed me. I tried to redeem a free coffee on my app and was told by one guy that the scanner was not working, despite his colleague literally just using it to scan my app QR code. Realising he had messed up, they then changed the story to the coffee machine not working..

Worst and scary experience just had.the driver ran away withy food also used swearing words. His intention was different I can't explain hereI do have recording he was swearingThis is ridiculous I never had this experience before.They should not hire just eat drivers.i want my money back

this is the subway which kept on stacking cookies while a member of the public was getting cpr done to him and they said "its not our responsibility right ???" disgusting behaviour !!!!!!!!

Neat, clean. Healthy eating choices, whether it's a foot long sandwich, wrap or salad..kids love the hash browns. The service was great and quick and friendly.

Ordered 2 subs and 3 cookies. Order came early, we checked and we were missing all cookies. Checked the subs and they were completely cold. Then the fillings were also completely mixed up, not even swapped, just mixed and matched the opposite of what the order said.

Amazing customer service. The guy behind the counter (can’t find the receipt with his name on it. So I’m just gonna say it was Tuesday 4/5/21) was really happy and friendly, he upsold to us and was really helpful. Top marks will definitely be doing a walk in takeaway again.

Last time I visited staff were pocketing cash and only ringing up the card payments.This time they were severely under loading on portion size. I.e Vegan Wrap should have two veggy patties - they only wanted to add one and insisted they were right. Equally only 2 slices of cucumber and 2 tomatoes allowed etc. Really bad portion control.It, therefore, appears as though some individuals are stealing from cash from the franchise owner in addition to stealing portions from the customer.I love Subway, but this is a dodgy store. 1 Star is the minimum I can add.
