Tired internals could do with a good revamp food wise on the day we were there no evening meals available following day bar meals served not as advertised sour cream served with dessert and no cooked breakfast the morning we left only buffet available not impressed

Rooms are very dated and need updating for the price they are charging. The air conditioning was not working in several rooms. All staff were very pleasant, and the food was OK, no prices on the menu.

Booked the quintessential getaway 2 night inc dinner and the breakfast.menu choice very limited ( 4 options). Dinner was average low end pub food. Air con decommissioned although not advertised as having it. Disappointing during +20c week.Booked here due to proximity to wembley. Will definitely pay more and get the comforts elsewhere next time. All in all quintisential getaway promotion barely worth it.

Me and a few work colleagues stayed for the weekend we got drunk and made some noise. The manager ( Don’t know her name) proceeded to tell us if we want to act like Monkeys go back to our country and do it. So unnecessary and uncalled for and we have filed a police report.

Good value for money for visiting London. Don't be put off by being next to main road. Shame the bar closes early. 10 minutes to tube then straight into Centre of London

We booked The Bridge Hotel for a night in April to watch rugby at The Trailfinders Ealing. We found it to be very friendly & helpful, the room was spacious with a large bed, very quiet and well stocked tea coffee etc. We returned to have food and a drink in the bar area wbich was very nice. The breakfast was very good cereal, bread for toast, pastries and a choice of full english or salmon scrambled egg. Very accomodating and friendly would definately stay again..

This big pub hotel has a large free car park. Check-in was quick & easy although the receptionist the next day was much more friendly than the one on day of check-in. As you walk into the spacious room there was a full length mirror opposite the entrance to the bathroom. Then there was a cupboard for hanging clothes with the iron & ironing board in it followed by a locked door for an adjoining room. In the room was also a desk with open shelves at one end, 3 drawers in the middle and doored shelves at the other end, a wall mounted TV with Sky channels, tea/coffee facilities with hot chocolate, flavoured teas, oat milk as well as diary milk and chocolate truffles, a small circular table with armchairs, a free standing lamp, a dressing table with a single drawer holding the hair dryer and a desk lamp & bottles water on top plus a wall mounted face mirror above. The bed was 2 single beds clipped together to make a king size double bed which worked well because king size bedding was used and was very comfortable although the duvet was heavy. There was single drawered bedside tables either side, one with a bible within it and lamps incorporated within the headboard either side too. The bathroom has a shower with adjustable jets within the bath and a single sink, plus large toiletry bottles which were half full. The pub end of the hotel has a couple of small lounge area with settees, stools, armchairs and side cupboards giving a homely feel which are separate from the main large bar area. The main bar area had lots of seating areas with tables in small group that were well spaced apart. There was also a lovely venue room with tasteful yellow, black & olive green colour scheme with large round tables for 8 covering with white table cloths. Breakfast was served in a large dining area with plenty of seating. There was a small self-service section of orange juice, tea/coffee, bread to toast with butter & jam pots, Danish pastries, croissants, fruit, yogurts and cornflakes. You also get to choose a hot meal from a menu that included a Full English breakfast, Egg Benedict and salmon with scrambled eggs.

The Bridge Hotel is petty handy being just on off the A40. The staff are lovely, very helpful and the service is great. The rooms are well appointed but a little dark as is the dining room.

Hotel Location was convenient for me, easy parking and lots of spaces. Staff were friendly, warm welcome and good service in the bar Food in the bar was average with a very limited menu. Breakfast was awesome and freshly cooked to order. Bedroom was clean, a little tired and carpet had seeen better days but comfortable bed, good tea/coffee selection and toiletries The downside? The walls are thinner than paper. I heard both sides of the telephone calls next door, was woken by someone else’s alarm and couldn’t go to sleep until the person next door stopped watching TV as it was so loud. Not a lot the hotel can do to rectify this but it sadly would stop me returning

We booked this place as it was closest to family home we were visiting during the festive period. Wasn’t expecting much from this hotel but we pleasantly surprised with the room quality and the staff were really nice too. Nice beers on offer and the food was really good too.
