We are members of their club where we can have 2 free cups of teas a month as part or the membership annual fee.The smaller cafe is normally quieter than the main restaurant, therefore you are more likely to get a seat without having to clear away other people's empty cups etc.Staff are always friendly, polite and helpful.

I visited the Waterfall Café with a friend on Saturday 30/09/23, which just happened to be one of their busiest days, with long queues of people wanting to use their Dobbies Plus free drinks vouchers, all of which expired that day, so not great timing. However, I stood in the queue and accepted the long wait to be served, as I too wanted to use my voucher, and my friend had set her heart on her favourite piece of cake. What surprised me was the staff patiently serving the queue. The two ladies remained calm and pleasant, and treated each customer as an individual, like they were the only customer in the café, despite the ever-growing queue. I eventually reached the till and was greeted politely and I made my order, which was processed efficiently and with a friendly smile. I want to thank the lovely staff, Tiani and Denise, who looked after the Waterfall Café that day, and thank them for their patience and friendliness. It made all the difference to the atmosphere in the café. My friend and I will definitely be back. Thank you.

Think we may have picked a bad time to eat. The staff member we dealt with was a bit frosty. The food was good but not great. The overall visit, including the garden centre, was enjoyable.

Alas the food heater failed to warm up in time for our loaded croissants. But nevertheless a pleasant experience.

Sadly not the same since it changed hands. Cakes nowhere near as nice as they were, and coffee weak. As yet, I've not tried breakfast or lunch but if its anything like the cakes and buns I'll save my money. Most of the staff are lovely.Parking: Plenty of spacesKid-friendliness: All age groups welcome and dogsWheelchair accessibility: Good access

Good range of toasties, sandwiches, salad and oh my, very tempting cakes and pastries.Great coffee and alternatives like mint tea(free monthly to Dobbies card holders, saved£5.80). Impressive service with 4 behind the counter who coped well with sudden rush. Pleasant break while overspending on plants, pots, acquatic plants and tools!

3 catering outlets at Debbie's, same problem with them all - long queues, dirty tables, all caused by extreme staff shortages. Solution - close one outlet and concentrate the staff into the remaining 2!
