I really love it here but I really wish they wouldn't play the loud music. I was sitting with my friend having a coffee early Sunday morning and we could hear the birds singing and we both said how much more peaceful it would be without the music. It's a lovely, serene atmosphere. Please don't ruin it with annoying music. The birds are much nicer to listen to!
A very big cafeteria area, when we arrived it was packed with customers, but after a walk around the plants areas we managed to find somewhere to sit down with a coffee and a scone.The members of staff were very nice. The shop itself is very clean and tidy. This was my second visit, and I have very much enjoyed the whole shop, inside, outside, the pond area and the aquatic shop, as well as the cafe. It was a little late to buy anything from the butchers, but we will be back again...read full review

Good range of toasties, sandwiches, salad and oh my, very tempting cakes and pastries.Great coffee and alternatives like mint tea(free monthly to Dobbies card holders, saved£5.80). Impressive service with 4 behind the counter who coped well with sudden rush. Pleasant break while overspending on plants, pots, acquatic plants and tools!
