We had just driven from Cardiff to the travel clinic just a few doors away from this Costa store. We were allowed to use the toilets with no issues or problems from the staff, then before leaving the clinic we stopped in again for a coffee and ended up spending time chatting to the staff who were just great, but also friendly, polite, warm and welcoming. The coffee was fabulous too. Thanks ladies, you made our long journey back and fore to Cardiff bearable.

So 20.10.2020. 6PM there are 2 female workers behave like they are alone in the whole Costa, talking in the videocall shouting and laughing, when i came in they didnt even realise im there for 2 minutes at least, after that service from dark haired girl was very unprofesional and she even cursed at me, tables are dirty and 2 of them having a laugh

I love Costa coffee and always make sure there's one near when choosing my day out. They are a bit pricey, but worth the extra for great coffee and tasty toasties.

Horrible horrible horrible. Staff are so unprofessional it’s unbelievable. I had a bug in my iced latte and except from an apology the staff was arguing with me. I will never shop anything from Costa again! Horrible.... waste of time and money. AVOID.
