Good ambitions, taste is good, Staff is nice and they have fast service.\\nKids has get plenty of things in just 7 pounds. Kids get crayon and drawings to colour the pictures.

Got a table really quickly ordered our food table of 4.. Drinks come all fine then only one starters come so we said we ordered more and can they come with the mains as we was in a rush after being there nearly an hour and tables been served mains than came in after us.. We then asked where our food is she said really sorry 5 mins 10 mins later still not food we said we really have to go as we had a show booked.. We then get told they haven't even started preparing our food.. Absolutely disgusting service after hour and 30 minutes and had to leave with no dinner!! They couldn't even explain what had happened.. Over 10 tables came in after us got served and had gone and we still sitting there!!

I love Prezzo! But in this time we was a bit disappointed. I know it’s very busy time of the year, but we was waiting almost 1 hour for the food. I’m ate the Christmas carbonara which was pasta and creamy sauce with a tiny little piece of turkey and 2 tiny pieces of pancetta I don’t think that’s oke!! I’m sure I’m not going again the Wembley brunch

Really impressed with this place last night.We had been to the England game at a sold out Wembley and went looking for somewhere to eat.Obviously everywhere was extremely busy but after a small queue we got in here.I thought the way the staff handled the busy situation was excellent.The service was quick,friendly and the food lovely.I will definitely be back.Thanks to everyone for a great experience

I've been here 3 or 4 times and I'm not going to return there. This is based on all visits but the last one was the worst. Dirty table, full of crumbles from pervious customers, dirty or I should say previously used cuttlery (shocking tbh), carbonara looked like a soup, cheesecake was some kind of a cake or it was so old that it no longer looked like cheesecake and it has some sweets on the topping, presumable to kill awful taste. Waiting staff... Very disappointing. Zero attention, haven't asked even once if all was good, I suppose they did know it wasn't. Avoid.

Regular visitor to Prezzo and the food is consistently good, this review is based purely on the ambience. The place was extremely cold with the air conditioning turned down way too low, it was evident it was affecting the customers as one couple asked to be moved to a warmer place, several customers were looking up to see where the draft was coming from, and I even asked jokingly for a blanket, my Wife had to leave her coat on to eat her dinner.
Bloody horrific. I've given one star cause the beer was cold (but still worked out £9 pint!) Service was slow, food didn't turn up and then wouldn't take a voucher as it was an event evening. I like Prezzo, just not this one ☹ï¸

Bloody awful. Order a kids meal of meatballs and spaghetti. Went to cut the meatballs. Yes that's right frozen solid. How can you get something as simple sooooooo wrong. And a kids meal too. It was packed so no excuse really. And then they though it was OK to just put the meal.into a microwave with the meatballs being chopped up and retuned to us.. really?! Just really? Not returning again.

We decided to sit down for a drink and were promptly told by a very rude manager that we could get a drink from the bar across the way! this is something we have never come across ...ever!

Very friendly service and despite a concert at the stadium the restaurant was busy but not chaotic and the food was fast. My Tre Gusta pizza was good, the pasta dish a little plain but altogether a good meal in a clean well organised environment
