Disappointed I had a full breakfast, very greasy, like a puddle on my plate, overall nice place for a coffee

I would recommend the American breakfast if you fancy pancakes with your bacon and eggs. Good portion size.

Had reserved a table for 3 online for afternoon tea with dietary requirements. Upon arrival, they said they didn't have our booking! So we showed our confirmation, no explanation ? However, we had a nice table and they had to ensure we had gluten-free as per our booking, so they substituted the scone. Sandwiches were fresh, scones with cream and jam were lovely, 3 small macaroons, and 2 small cakes. Served with a small bottle of prosecco and hot drink each. Staff were friendly and enjoyed ourselves.

Warm welcoming atmosphere, with delicious, fairly priced food and drinks. Always a lovely outing.

Don't walk here. The sidewalk (pavement?) from the store ends in a large metal fence, forcing you onto the access road to dodge the fast moving cars. From there you must cross the very fast motorway with zero pedestrian accomodation. Imagine a place so hostile to pedestrians that even Americans are aghast.

The owner is very rude, will do anything to save a bit of money. shouted at me when i asked for my hot chocolate to be remade because it was very water and started to say “it’s fine you just don’t like it”. other staff members also love to touch the top of the drinks with there hands of which they had just previously been cleaning with. Very unhygienic. I also received a lovely surprise of a piece of hair in my coffee. very glad i saw it before drinking it.

Ordered via Uber Eats, then called Cintias directly to edit my order, the lady I spoke to was fantastic and professional. They were able to make the changes and the food arrived at a nice temperature. I shall definitely order again the food was amazing, just wanna say a massive thank you to the staff for preparing my delicious meal.P.s The cakes here are lovely.

Although the cafe states that it offers vegan options, there were none on the breakfast menu. I tried liaising with the manager wahid months in advance of a planned xmas event, but no options came to fruition. Hopefully, going forward, more vegan options will be added to the menu

We found this by accident as we were early to collect a friend from the airport and were looking for somewhere for coffee and to park for a short while. Situated within the Ansell Garden Centre, Holloway Lane, Hamondsworth this is a good value clean establishment. Staff were friendly and the service prompt. There was a good menu at reasonable prices and it was interesting to see locals using the place. Free wifi meant we could check the flight had landed and it then only took 10 minutes to reach Heathrow Terminal 2 short stay car park when we left. Would definitely use again, plus the garden centre and staff there were extremely pleasant.

I have just witnessed the best organised service of multiple customers for midday on Sunday. The staff have remained courteous and friendly under extreme pressure. The food was served quickly and was great value. Everyone from front to back of house seemed to know exactly what they were doing. Well Done to all.Parking: Large Car Park.

The cafe inside the Garden Centre is such a gem! Christmassy decorated and offers great variety of food options including gluten free, vegan & vegetarian. As a gluten intolerant person it was great to know there’s gluten free options as it was inclusive and very tasty made! We had brunch and the food arrived super quickly and the staff was friendly!

I’ve been here a couple of times now. Here are my observations. 1) first time here I was hanging near entrance waiting to be seated, however second time I was seated promptly. 2) the breakfasts here are amazing, but the team in the kitchen are being let down by front of house staff and the people at till who need more training. Why? A) ordered a cappuccino and black coffee with a couple of breakfasts, and only the black coffee turned up on a £27.50 breakfast. When I went up after nearly finishing my breakfast where only the partners coffee had turned up I was asked if I had paid for it…. Really? And it wasn’t even ready so they gave me someone else’s. B) no pepper on table. C) they never tell you that you have to go up to make an order even though they seat you. Are we supposed to automatically know? All in all front of house is destroying the good work the people in the kitchen do.
