Heathrow, 5-9 Harmondsworth Rd, West DraytonJust wanted to say a huge thank you to Sipson Tandoori for their kindness and compassion yesterday. We had broken down after going to legoland and were awaiting a pick up service to get us back on the road for our 5 hour journey. After 5 hours of waiting, all of our phones had very low battery and we were worried that we would not be able to take a call from the rescue services. We were also with our autistic daughter who had been amazing but was becoming increasingly more upset. We asked in the restaurant if we could order a drink and charge our phones in the restaurant. The team were so lovely and didn't mind that we were not ordering food and just went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. I can not express how grateful we were for them allowing us to use the toilet, order a drink and get some life back into a phone. After 2 more hours we were picked up but being able to sit and have a drink and charge the phone meant that those two more hours waiting in the car were so much easier. Although I can not really rate the food because we didn't eat ( it was really late and we have a very picky child), many people were ordering takeaways that smelt delicious and I am sure that the food would be wonderful because the staff were so kind and compassionate and I know their food would also reflect this. The restaurant was clean and welcoming and I would return to eat if we were back in the area. Just a massive thank you for helping us. We were so grateful. Xx

The English breakfast was spot on, proper quality ingredients and everything cooked perfectly. Great presentation, friendly staff, and a really relaxing vibe. One of those places you could sit in for hours. Definitely recommend!

Holiday Inn London Heathrow, 276 Bath Rd, Sipson, West DraytonA great dinner after a long day's of flights. Royston was our server and was very pleasant and attentive. We split the garden green salad and two pizzas, surprisingly tasty. Great atmosphere, lots of seating and was nice and clean. We'd come back again if we're coming through Heathrow in the future.

They recommended the sizzler, and it was incredible, and very filling for our family of 6 - along with some naan bread, rice, and papadom. It did not disappoint... took me back to my visit to India just months ago. Highly recommended!

Oh yeah and the gogo dash app is actually kinda fun! My only nitpick is like parking is a bit difficult but I guess you can park in the GP nearby and it’s not that expensive to park. The pizza prices are really reasonable! It’s great here and I fully recommend!

The Five Bells
High St, Harmondsworth, West DraytonA very welcome find on my walk around Harmondsworth village. It was recommended by a local, and I see why. I went in for a light lunch, and the lady on the bar was very nice and recommended some things after I'd told her what kind of food I liked. I had a jacket potato with cheese and beans, which came with a little salad and coleslaw, and a coffee. The portion size was good for me (but might be small for a bigger eater, TBH), and the food was delicious. The salad in particular was really fresh compared to when you get in a lot of places. I didn't get chance to see much of the building, but it looks very old and atmospheric, and the ladies toilet is wonderful for its sheer pinkness! It has a beer garden too, which was full at lunchtime. I will definitely visit again if I use Heathrow in the future.
