Dine-in experience was superb. Wings were crispy and hot but not too hot that it would burn my mouth.The staff were lovely and helpful, and I was pleasantly surprised by their quick order preparation speed.

Went to kfc Yiewsley at 18.00 on a CV Monday. It was extremely busy.There was one young girl serving customers and giving out orders.She was a new starter and didn’t have a name badge.Her name was Mackaela.She was under extreme pressure and got no help from the other staff.Nevertheless she stayed calm, kept smiling and was very polite.Excellent service from the young lady.

Honestly if I could give Zero I would. I will never order from this place online again! Multiple times they've sent an incomplete order, the last time I had to drive down there because the sharing bucket ordered and delivered had no drink and no chips (what's the point right) I then waited 15 minutes for a new order to then be given cold chicken. It was chaos in there, drivers queuing up waiting for food, food sitting on the side waiting for drivers, there were deliveries on the side when I arrived, still there when I left, if your food turns up cold, this is why! Awful place.

I order zinger meal Wednesday evening zinger is un cooked look raw chiken and fries is freezing cold, and when i read review, all is one person name its like fake, please don't visit kfc yiewsley ,and yesterday i try next door chicken cottage i recommend chiken cottage
