This place is under new management and what a delight our experience was. Great selection of food on the menu. Food came out piping hot with table service as we decided to eat in. Would strongly suggest that you try the chilli sauce which was especially nice. Staff were pleasant and accommodated the fussy eaters in the group. Thank you Hussain especially for your attentiveness whilst we were there.

Ordered online, was an hour after the ETA we called and they didn’t pick up 6 times. Once they did, they didn’t speak, only some muffling so I called back and they didn’t pick up again. Waited for the order for 2 hours 30 minutes when we live close.

This is serious.Prices on board are out of date, staff initially tried to overcharge stating “they can’t see it on their till”. Service is slow. No one seems to care about their job, peri peri order for 4 burger meals with running grill took 30 mins and there were no other customers. Staff lurks in the back, tries to avoid store front.Chef / staff not wearing hair caps and general cleanliness issues…Management / Owner needs to step up if they want to rescue this otherwise I recommend the pizza place 200m down the road which is much, much better…I will also be reporting to Food Standards Agency as they need to review the cleanliness aspect ASAP

I will never recommend this place as it takes 15-20 minutes for the restaurant to make one peri peri corn. The girl on the counter is always busy with her airpods she will say 6-7 minutes then after 10 minutes she will say 5 more minutes then after that she will go to ask the chef they will say more 7-8 minutes. Ridiculous service. Never waste your precious time by ordering here better visit chicken cottage or KFC. If its possible to give 0 star I will definitely give a big zero to them as they every-time had this type of service. Staff is the main problem in this restaurant as they are useless persons who are always sleepy during there job.

Our family have been ordering from peri peri original since it opened. Unfortunately since last year I have not enjoyed visiting. Service is very poor. Staff seem very unfriendly. Couple of weeks ago I had to clean the table myself before we sat and there was no fried chicken.Last week again I had to ask them to clean the table and the floor was very sticky from grease. The staff seem to be arguing quite often now. My daughter found hair in her chicken wings and when showed them,,, they said they don't have anymore wings. Sadly I will not be visiting again.
I order for a collection and one of the staff he dropped one fries and he put the fries back. He did not was wearing gloves and it’s very dirty inside where is the tables and where is the kitchen very very dirty. I throw the food that I ordered. I would never buy form this shop.

I have been going here for a long time but now not as much because the quality of the peri peri chicken they use in the burgers is now going downhill. They tasted good before and now it seems like they are trying to cheap out on the chicken. Aside from that one issue everything else is amazing and would highly recommend going here.

The place has good food menu. But the company really need to sit with their staff and resolve their problems. Most of the time they are in arguments and today was worse banging things and staff resorted to crying and yelling at each other. Customer were left waiting for more than 1 Hr and some more than 30 minutes. The staff issue should be looked at as next time things can be worse as they are dealing with sharp tools and hot oil. Would appreciate if the company can look into the staff problems here. I gave 5 star as I love the food. Rest all is very sad.
