My god is this what you do to regular customer's and just because you think your going to close its eleven o'clock you'll get away with it no pizza hut this is disgusting I took two bites and had to bin it its tasteless apart from the Burnt bits.

THE WORST PIZZA PLACE IN HILLINGDON. Should be called SLOP HUT. Absolutely disgusting pizza. These guys haven't got a clue on how to make a pizza. The bases are alway inconsistent the crust is bigger then the pizza. There's You can't lift a slice without everything slipping off. Definitely will not be using this place again and definitely will me making a formal complaint. If your after a nice pizza try Herbie's pizza or Papa John's

We ordered two large vegetarian pizzas. Both came with very little toppings. I called up the store to request if they could send another pizza with more toppings or if they could offer something for next time when we order. I spoke to the manager Mohammed. He initially apologised but then also argued that there are enough toppings on the pizza. I asked if there was anything he could do to reimburse me to which he quickly became rude and told me that he will do nothing about it. All I wanted was more toppings, he could have offered something for customer satisfaction.\\nI literally had some slices which only had cheese on them and one pepper. I had paid for the pizzas and felt robbed. He was unhelpful and clearly didn’t care about customer service or about the business. We have been loyal customers and have ordered from here many times before. However after this experience we will not be ordering from here again.

Rubbish. The caramel cookie dough is advertised as cadburys chocolate with caramel and I was sent a box of white chocolate cookie dough. When I called the guy was incredibly rude and accused me of not telling the truth.

Disgusting service! They sent my order burnt and when I called them they refused to speak to me and hung up the phone. Disgusting how they feel comfortable to take peoples hard earned money and send them what was clearly burnt food and not even edible. It’s not like the item was packaged and I got unlucky with a faulty item. Someone saw they had burned it and sent it anyway. Disgusting

Twice I have ordered from here and received appalling food/service. The first time the pizzas were really undercooked and soggy and our ice cream was missing from the delivery, the person on the phone asked if I wanted it sent (as if I would say no to something i had paid for) he then said he would send it and when I said thank you, he said "Safe" as if we were friends on the street (very unprofessional). The second time I asked to make sure nothing was undercooked as my partner is pregnant and I was assured they would be well done, however they turned up just as soggy as before. I will definitely never be using this branch again and I wish I could give less stars as j have spent almost £100 on food that couldn't be eaten by myself, my partner and my kids ?????

Pizza I told him exactly 1 min extra cooking time made sure myself that the toppings are staying on this time when i take a bite and believe it was a spot on meat feast well done hut crew it was perfect. ???

I had my first time ordering from this branch and I'm giving it full five stars due to the pizza deals available, polite delivery driver and the order arrived accurately and 15 minutes earlier than the time expected. The food itself was accurate and still hot! A very enjoyable experience, thanks!

Sunday afternoon, we ordered Pizza from West Drayton Branch, The Pizza was well under cooked, I had to tossed them in the garbage.Upset and disappointed, Had to use slimy hand sanitiser on entry and went straight to bathroom to wash it off my hands.The manager in west Drayton Branch, don't give a fxxxx about health and safety, Poor management Skills.
