Went to order a pizza from these guys on uber eats, they never delivered it, and would not answer the phone at all, I tried for hours to get in contact with them to ask if there was any mistake.Bear in mind this was after I called them to ask when it would be delivered and they answered immediately.I couldn't even get a refund.This is quite literally theft.They will ignore your calls and will steal your moeny and not even give you food, I just hope a nice lawsuit eventually catches up with them.

Pizza is amazing, I usually order from Uber eats, but some times it says too far away.. but twice I tried calling and making a order.. they are RUDE as hell.. but at the end of the day the food was great.. just don’t speak to them

Just had the worst service by a man called “Gurinder” over the phone for my delivery order and I’m not even convinced that’s his real name. To the owner of this business; Learn how to run a business, because your employees, or your partners don’t know anything about customer service. I would give you a 0 if I could.

i ordered from here an hour and half ago and it’s still now here i called them so many and there phone was unavailable when they did answer they were so unhelpful and started talking in another language

poor customer service . made an order for delivery at 2am and waited for 2 hours, their phone wasn’t going through, never received my order , asked for a refund and the 2 guys talking to to me were extremely rude and laughing and speaking in a different language while i was speaking to them

Ordered from Just Eat and for some reason on the app they're called "Biryani Express" but the name of the shop is Sizzler Express. Half my order was missing, called once to ask why my delivery was late, she told me it was on the way. 10 minutes later I call again and no answer. What little food arrived was very bad and ended up making a sandwich at home which was better quality than the food from here. Will not buy from here again, not if my life is at stake.

Absolutely horrible customer service. The lady working there around 4am was extremely rude and ill mannered. She was saying that the delivery driver was waiting for 25 mins and tried calling me multiple times but I had not received ANY phone calls.

Odd place, staff seem to hide behind a door and take your order, doesn't look very inviting at all , but the burger I had was bloody lovely ,and filling so most marks go to the cooking ,the decor is grim
