Ordered from deliveroo and my order was 100% completley wrong. Wrong sandwiches, wrong drinks, wrong crisps and missing items too! Thankfully deliveroo refunded me so this shop won't see any money from this complete failure.

Very bad service. Young lady behind counter too busy on her phone till she realised we was standing in line. When i showed them the voucher on the app she said she had to call her manager to see wether they would accept it which took 10min! even though on the subway app it listed yiewsley store as participating. In the end left without anything and was very disappointed with my experience today. Wont be going back.

Awful experience at this subway avoid at all costs! They don’t redeem offers they advertise and communication from the manager is a generic script! Drive a little further and go to a better subway there’s plenty around!!!!

New staff members are trained to give as low as possible, you asking for double something you will then get barrely normal portion. Subs are poor as hell...

If no stars were available I would not enter any but I ordered a foot long 20mins ago. Italian bread chicken tikka and southwest chipotle. Came home and the bread was so tough it was inedible ands sauce was sweet chilli. Tasted nasty I was the only person there and the server was chatting with another person there. I will not come here or order from here again.

I visited this place today. The lady who served me was really unhygienic and wasn’t wearing a mask. Communication is zero.Horrible.

Only one lady servind the customers. 5 people on the queue, she was preparing orders for JuSt Eat. She did not even wear a mask properly. I wanted with my son for about 15 min to be served. She put the sandwhiches inseide the oven , after she opened the oven and let them there for about 4 minutes because she was chatting with some delivery guy! Worst experience ever!! I am disgusted!

Very bad service with uncaring non attentive staff, cross contaminating food. Unhygenic surfaces where old food was wiped with a small bit of tissue smearing old sauce on the worktop then new food being prepared on that same worktop! Requested cheese salad, very small few sprinkles of cheese given, asked again, told you pay for more, said thats ok, no cheese displayed went and did the motion of putting more cheese on still did not! Very abrupt, rude woman! No time to be polite and did not care to give us good service at all! Keep walking do not use this Subway!

Guy in store is useless can never remember what ur ordered and he cant even cut a bit a bread properly. I do not recommend this place just keep driving

Ordered 6” cheesy pepperoni sub and received absolute rubbish. Pepperoni was burnt and not edible with absolutely next to no cheese at all. Just tastes like I’ve paid for a plain roll on its own.
