Avoid. DO NOT BUY. Criminally bad. The worst food service and experience possible. The local Dominoes is always consistent or try an independent local - DO NOT buy from here.I ordered at 6:30 on a Saturday and arrived an hour later. I could see on their tracker that it had been baked 40 mins before arrival. The boxes arrived cold and soaked through with grease. When we opened them the toppings were laughably sparse.I called to request a refund and spoke with 3 team members (the first two kept on repeating my order was on its way which was odd because I had told them the reason for my complaint). Finally the manager got on the phone and said he could not offer a refund. Is that fraudulent/ illegal or just really bad service?The only thing he would do was repeat the order.After an hour waiting for the replacement order I called again. There was laughter in the background when the person on the phone went to check……..20mins/ half an hour later I got a call from a delivery driver who told me he was outside. He wasn’t; he’d gone to the wrong address.When he arrived the seals on the box were open. He told me that this was because they’d gotten wet ?. I refused the ‘food’, asked him to take it back and that I wanted a refund. He told me to contact the store and left.I called multiple (10+) times and never got through again. I get the feeling they were avoiding me. Maybe they don’t answer the phone on a Saturday……….I still haven’t had a resolution. I contacted Papa Johns on twitter who told me to fill in an online form.So very bad in every way.

Didn't receive my order. Called to say that it hadn't arrived and was told the driver was "on your road, don't worry". Still never came. Once it hit 23:00, no one answered the phone as they closed.They are about 8-10 mins drive away from my location. Nothing in over an hour.

1hr 15mins to deliver a pizza that according to your own website was ready within 20mins.I live 1.5miles from your shop.You took 1 hour to deliver it?It was cold when i got it.Never ordering from here again.

Awful experience recently. Ordered 4 extra large for a kids party via the website, and after 60 mins, I called them to ask for an update, so be told it would be another hour or two before they could be made. The pizzas are great but service is awful. I would recommend collection only from this branch so you can see how busy they are before ordering. The online ordering system doesn’t allow the site to switch it off (like Deliveroo) so that orders can be completed without more build up of orders.
Worst place to have your pizza there.just waste of money after spending huge amount you will get cold pizza. Yesterday I ordered two large pizzas from this place believe me delivery driver says they are just keeping pizzas on shelf after making for long time then how will get hot. No way. Just ignore this place forevermore.Kid-friendliness: Rude staff never seen before

Never used this Chain before but I browsed the website and it had an offer for 50% off vegan options so I ordered a pizza. I placed the order and realised after that I selected collection instead of delivery but I called the restaurant and young lady who answered was lovely, she changed my order and sent the pizza home. Arrived piping hot, nicely cooked, loads of toppings and I loved it! Best jackfruit pepperoni I have ever eaten. Will definitely use it again, I am going to get fat ????
