Never used this Chain before but I browsed the website and it had an offer for 50% off vegan options so I ordered a pizza. I placed the order and realised after that I selected collection instead of delivery but I called the restaurant and young lady who answered was lovely, she changed my order and sent the pizza home. First I ordered, delivery was an hr late due to system issues. Called the store, manager apologised and gave a free meal for next time. Shame about the delay but cannot fault customer service.

I had a great experience there due to their very kind and friendly behaviour with customers.Kid-friendliness: I saw a few teenage girls who were busy with their laptops while using the cafe's electricity plug.
