Just back from a lovely themed night at Aspire Restaurant at Traffordd College - fabulous value and great food. Really good prices for quality drinks too.We had a 3 course meal with additional appetisers on arrival and coffee with a sweet treat at the end and 2 alcoholic drinks each including their fabulous award winning Rhubard Gin Cocktail (delicious)All in it came to £50.20 for the 2 of us plus of course we left service on top of that.So pleased to have revisited and looking forward to more meals there going forwards.Well done Aspire!

Went here today and it was brilliant! Lovely, professional, calm restaurant, clean and well presented, great service, outstanding food (and yet insanely cheap for what it is) and loads of parking. Would definitely recommend!

We have been going there for at least seven years. The food and service have always been excellent. Seeing young people doing everything so well is especially impressive to me--a retired teacher. If we lived closer we would dine there more!

Went for lunch today . 3 courses £9.95. Had a chicken skewer starter which was slightly chewy and flavourless although presented well. Mains was roast pork and apple sauce which was nice a bit like my nans Sunday dinner. However the creme brulee was excellent! The staff are all of course training so expectations are not high for food . The floor staff though are excellent at catering to my eccentric mums wishes. "Everything in a doggy bag with extra roast potatoes if poss?", And, " leave my soup as I may eat it after my main!"

It is with a heavy heart that I am updating my review, but on my last visit, the food was just awful, and fell way short of my expectations for Aspire. I went to a Spanish themed night, and gave them plenty of notice of my dietary requirements, which they said they'd be able to cater for. They lied. The menu was served on platters, and there were very few options for me; they didn't make alternatives, or even serve extra of the things I could have. I asked the waitress, who said the chefs were 'being funny' in the kitchen, and she eventually brought me some 'chicken curry', which was more like a chicken broth. The reason why I'm not giving 1 star is because the waitress tried her best under difficult circumstances and the dessert was among one of the best I've been served (good desserts without gluten and dairy are hard to come by). I had booked a place on the Arabian themed night, but the restaurant have informed me that they cannot cater for my requirements. No s***. This information would have been useful before they accepted my first booking on the Fiesta Hispana!
