We went on Saturday at 6pm and booked a dog-friendly table at the front.The decor is lovely, the place is clean and inviting and perfect temperature.I had the beef wellington and my partner had a special of ribeye and eggs with chips. The meat inside the wellington was the most beautiful soft meat I've ever had and my boyfriend said his steak was really nice, it had a smoky flavour. My starter of lamb croquettes was also really nice.Service was wonderful and attentive without being overbearing and everything came out at perfect times.I'd give it 100/10 if I could.

There is more space between the tables than at Knutsford which made it quieter and easier to chat.Parking: After 20:30 there was free street parking and plenty available. Prior to this you can only park on street for an hour.

The food was good, well presented but no better than many of the restaurants we ate at. We ordered the duck breast and was disappointed that the duck skin was not crispy.

A case of getting what you pay for. The fixed tables are a bit of a squeeze for the less mobile and anyone with a serious disability would struggle. However, there are also tables outside on the terrace with tons of legroom. The staff are very friendly and efficient. Would be happy to go back any time.

214, 215 Ashley Rd, Hale, AltrinchamA really great meal. The staff were so helpful but gave us space to chat before we placed our order. Price was very reasonable, especially as we had wine. There is more space between the tables than at Knutsford which made it quieter and easier to chat.Parking: After 20:30 there was free street parking and plenty available. Prior to this you can only park on street for an hour.
