Great coffee and sandwiches, friendly service nice atmosphere Sad Christmas tree and poor toilets in Altrincham shop I always look out for Cafe Nero when I travel . Regular hot coffee in a real cup is always a bonus for me. I feel its time for the company to spend a little money and sharpen up the Altrincham branch

I go to Nero regularly and keep returning, so clearly like it and the cafes are generally in a handy position so are convenient to drop in. This branch is a bit tired looking and I find in general branches of Nero could be cleaner and I avoid using the toilet as they tend to be smelly and not that clean, with non customers treating them as public conveniences!Oh and I've noticed cake slices getting smaller! Main thing is, Nero has a familiarity that draws me back and I like the mozzarella panini when hungry. There is a welcoming atmosphere but then again I love the smell of decent coffee which makes me feel at home! I like to sit in the window and people watch but it's not often those seats are free.
