Ordered 4 pizzas as I had guests at my shop, the manager said that it will be 25-30 mins it’s for pick up as I was very close. Went back after 40 mins only to be told that they hadn’t even made them, and it will be another 20 mins. My guests had to leave in 30 minutes so essentially wasted £60 of order. May as well have being empty the fries box and cold pizza even though I collected 15 mins after I ordered. I want a refund. This was meant to be a nice hot Friday night treat… nothing but disappointment

The worst experience i have ever had with any food store. Embarrassingly awful and rude manager at the altrincham store. I called up to let her know that the pizza tasted like cardboard, the manager replied: ‘what do you expect you ordered thin base’. We accepted a wait of 3 hours for them to send a driver to pick up the order in order to get a refund (he was very respectful). My brother went to the store as she was very disrespectful to him on the phone also to give her advice as he is a fellow business owner & her way of customer service was terrible but only arrogance prevailed. Never seen someone so rude & closed minded. They only wanted to refund the price of half of the order as they said thats all that was given back, well of course we had already passed round the other half of the order & we threw it away because it was inedible so we had returned what was left. We told her it is principal and respect we do not care about the money but at least apologise & have some respect for us who have been customers for over 30 years. Would never eat there again. Awful service. Very disrespectful woman, shouldn’t be allowed to work for a day longer with her arrogance, attitude & awful customer service. Embarrassing.

They cancelled my order because they received a big order. Ok. They can be happy but not me.
Disgraceful service.The last 5 deliveries have had missing items and they couldn’t care less when you call to inform, don’t offer any solutions just start shouting down the phone at you as if your not allowed to disturb them. Refuse to ever use Domino’s Central again.

Absolute shambles. Ordered online, marked as delivered, no pizza arrived…tried to call to see what was happening, no-one answered the phone. Will never order from dominos again. Criminal that they have taken my money without providing me with service, seemingly with zero consequence!

Super rude staff ‘just order it online’ even though I’m in the store. So I ordered online on my in front of her. I don’t think if ever experience such bad customer service and when I asked her about this she just put her headphones in walked off. Wow

The staff is horrible. The manager is unfriendly she kept rolling her eyes at us she was most unhelpful and unsanitary too. Really disgusted by this experience one expects better standards from Dominoes!
