Chicken can improve, is a bit dry, what is really annoying is how dirt was the toilets, you can’t even see your self in the mirror, I can’t blame the personal is just the administration seems that hire young people and don’t have a proper training, the staff was so polite and check several times but never smile and seems that they were tired… need to improve motivating the staff and overall cleaning even was close upstairs section was dirty.

I ordered two portions of spicy rice as sides to go with my takeaway order. When I got home, I was shocked to discover that they were only half full. I rung up to complain and was dealt with by a clueless staff member who had zero customer service skills in addressing my complaint. He sounded half asleep. I asked to speak to a ‘manager’ who was just as bad - he had to be prompted to take action and ensure portion sizes are adhered to so that customers are not short changed. The whole place is run by youngsters who do not care or understand what customer service is. Judging by the other comments here, Nando’s head office needs to be alerted. I have never had any problems with takeaways from the Parrswood breach so I knew I had been short changed at Altrincham. I would double check your order before you leave the Altrincham premises if you must get a takeaway from there! Caveat emptor!

Very pleased with my trip here, staff were very polite and fast working, all tables were cleared at a fast pace and nothing was left around for too long, the food was excellent (I had butterfly chicken meal with peri fries and garlic bread as the sides, the misses had 4 boneless thighs meal with peri chips and garlic bread + we had a beautiful chocolate cake) the chicken was cooked to perfection as well as the chips, bottomless drinks are a good addition with the meal which adds great value for money.The main toilets are a little hard to get to as you do have to go up spiral stairs but they do offer a disabled toilets that are easily accessible on the main floor, toilets are very clean and well managed.

Sadly tonight our food was not the greatest. The chicken was dry in the butterfly chicken and the sides were not hot.I also had to complain about a group of male teenagers who were vaping at their table. When we left, the males had not been spoken to by management even though 3 times a member of staff said someone was coming to deal with the issue. Not my usual experience of good service and good food. I was disappointed in nandos tonight.

We've eaten here a couple of times now and the food has always been good. If anything slightly higher on price than what it should be given the fairly basic chicken dishes. Overall though tasty food and good atmosphere.
