Called in Asda eastlands again for a coffee and sandwich, and as the last few times the coffee area is still infested with flies, especially on the milk jugs spouts. I have reported this problem a few times to the staff who have said that they would sort it , but obviously they haven't. Also the floor is covered in bits of food that seems to have been there all day. Let's hope the food inspector pays a visit soon.

I don't know what asda has done to their Pizzas but they're absolutely disgusting now. We used to really love them, now the bases are tasteless and dry and toppings have halved and taste vile. We actually thought we must have covid and it affected our taste buds. Get your act together Asda, the cost of living crisis shouldn't mean you should jump on the bandwagon of reduction in quality and increased prices. You should be better than that.

So this is a lot of details to this story but imma try to keep it short. For the last few years I’ve made an enemy out of 2 security guards for stupid reasons. They took a disliking to me. I came in the store with a friend on Halloween day and my friend needed to go up the toilets and I ended up being stood outside and the male security guard was passing and I decided that because it’s be a long time that I would smile and let on to him. He completely ignored me. He then called me a slag. I got it on camera actually. I always have my camera ready in case of trouble. As I always get trouble from somebody every time I go out. My friend came out and he was there. I didn’t even hear the security guy call me a slag so I said come on (I could hear the security man going on with himself calling me names but I couldn’t hear and I told my friend let’s go and ignore him) When we got to the cafe I took a seat whilst my friend ordered. Next thing I know another security guard, a woman, came barrelling at me and he started shouting at me and accusing me of insulting the security man. She then told the cafe staff not to serve me and escorted me out of the store. I didn’t know what to say. I didn’t know the guy had called me a slag so I didn’t say anything. My friend heard it and didn’t tell me until after we left and it was too late. I was furious. Anyway I thought I was banned from the whole shop but I’ve been there a few times since. Luckily they weren’t there and the other security guards were friendly. I attempted going to the cafe and they told me I was barred. They didn’t even know why. I used to go to the cafe to eat on a regular basis before going shopping and have been a loyal customer for many years. I can’t believe they’d rather lose custom and extra money over a stupid incident where I was the one who was insulted. I feel I was ganged up on by those security guards like they were children bullies in a school yard who’d taken a hating to some weaker innocent kid. Tried speaking to the manager on the phone and the phone operator told me he’d email the manager and then they’d get in touch with me. It’s now been about 2 weeks and I’ve not heard back. Very angry. I will take this down if it gets resolved but until then my complaint still stands

Some of the staff at ASDA Uttoxeter are rude and aggressive. They stand around the cigarette kiosk late at night and natter and laugh as customer walk by. The tills are often broken or faulty and despite continually complaining, the front door is often broken and does not open properly. This issue has been going on for nearly a year. The food is okay, but not cheap, and the labeling on some food is misleading. But really the staff being rude is the biggest problem.

My wife called into Max Spielman this afternoon around 2.20 pm to print some photographs and buy some frames. The young girl who was the sales attendant was rude and unhelpful and kept on saying “ read the instructions on the screen” when my wife asked for assistance. In the end, my wife left without making any purchase and will take the custom elsewhere. Such a shame as the previous attendant was attentive and helpful. Manners cost nothing.

Really used to love the creat you own pizzas but over the last few months they've been getting more and more tight with the toppings and now they've gone up in price
