India is such an amazing person! She went above and beyond to ensure our dining experience was top notch on Thursday 28th march 2024 where we were celebrating 3 birthdays. Nothing we asked was too much for her. I hope she’s in the running for management one day!The only thing that let your restaurant down on the 28th was the fact you think it’s acceptable to have 1 bar staff during the week. Granted the week may not be as busy but when you have a menu offering cocktails along with all other fancy drinks you cannot expect just one person to do this and to keep the guests happy. On most occasions we were receiving our food before drinks. Please allow 2 bar staff for evenings during the week or you may start losing the custom you are trying to build up.Anyways, the food was amazing and cooked to perfection! India was amazing and the whole experience was good (would have been amazing if drinks were flowing - and you also lost money on this basis as more would have been ordered would they have come straight away).I hope when we next book a big meal this review has been taken into consideration.

Lilly's Bistro

First time customer at Lilly’s Bistro and absolutely loved it! Was there with my sister and niece for a birthday brunch.Loved the interior decor.. vintage/almost boudoir atmosphere with a selection of separate booths and centre room tables. Was given a lovely, friendly welcome by the staff member, chose a booth and, once ordered from the menu, didn’t wait long at all for our food.. Two vegetarian meals and I opted for the bacon & mushroom omelette. To me, the portions were very generous, on all our plates, and the prices were extremely reasonable. Love this place and so glad I found it. In the words of Arnie, “I’ll be back”!!

The Heroes of Waterloo

We had a fabulous meal at the Heroes of Waterloo this afternoon. The food was delicious everyone in our party really enjoyed our meals and indulgence deserts, everything we saw others served with also looked amazing. The meal was made special by our main server Jayde, she was so attentive and such a lovely person, really funny too. She made our experience really special and we will definitely return. Highly recommended

Ash Tree Farm

We came in for a few drinks and were greeted with a helpful and friendly demeanour from all staff. Rhiannon was particularly helpful suggesting and setting up a tab for us to make our visit easier. She made us smile and was super welcoming. Definitely made our experience better!

To start I must say I am not a vegan or a vegetarian , Lilly's is a No meat restaurant and Wow. The food is amazing the staff are very attentive and it's set in a lovely atmosphere. There is a shop and deli as part of the restaurant and I made use of this also. All in all an authentic most enjoyable

Called in for breakfast after seeing post on Facebook. We were not disappointed, as a person who doesn't eat a"fry up" type breakfast, I had the granola, yogurt, fruit option & it was amazing! My husband had the large full English & he said that it was excellent, value for money. Staff were very pleasant, helpful & friendly. Definitely be back!!!

Our daughter choose to celebrate her birthday at San Giorgio's Restaurant in Mossley this evening.Everything was spot on from the friendly welcome on arrival, food was delicious, service was first class,staff were polite and professional.We had a very enjoyable evening and will definitely be returning .

Ordered for the first time tonight got a couple of kebabs and chips, it was first class! Best I've had In a long long time! The chicken was especially good! Also banging chips too. Nothing bad to say at all. Delivery was quick, food was amazing, Delivery driver was really nice. I didn't have any cash on me to tip the driver but definitely will make sure next time! Ordered on 17th Feb 2024 around 10:30pm. Order was placed online for £52.50p. Due to staff leaving early and the order being placed online, not only did I not receive my food, I never got a refund either. I am still waiting today 23/3/24. Disappointed to say the least, frustrating not getting my refund. I will not be returning or recommending you.

Fantastic.. ordered the set meal for two and I will definitely be ordering again. Was delivered within the specified time. Very friendly staff both over the phone and the delivery driver. Food was delivered hot and can not fault it at all. Big chunks of lamb and chicken, very fresh and succulent with lots of flavour. 10/10 Mossley Tandoori keep up the good work your the best local takeaway by far and thank you.

Had an afternoon tea here for lunch and it was absolutely amazing! My nan couldn’t make it due to being poorly and the owner made up a takeaway box for her (fully decorated with a bow!!) such a lovely cute place would definitely recommend!!

An absolute gem, the likes of which we don’t have enough of nowadays.The walls of this totally unique community pub are bedecked with arcane treasures and curios in glass cabinets, art and photography, items of historical interest and perhaps a dozen Best Pub awards, which are well-earned because it’s a centre for community and arts activities as well as a proper boozer where strangers receive a warm welcome and a cold beer.The beer itself is perfectly looked-after with a good selection in the traditional pub style, the pub dog is a charmer, the building is phenomenal with grand high ceilings, sweeping red curtains, a conservatory and cozy alcoves with a real log fire blazing beneath the ornate Victorian hearth.The poetry night is superb on the 3rd Sunday of each month. An unusually high standard of work.The Station has heart and soul and history in spades. Best pub in Ashton, and depending on what you’re looking for, a contender for best pub in greater Manchester.

Chicken off the bone with rice and sides. Genuinely delicious! Nice ladies serving with a smile too. Would make a killing if they opened later with a narrow menu of chicken and rice. Highly recommend.

Decent pub. More like an old fashioned one with tap room with pool table and darts. Friendly staff, average beers and prices. Good atmosphere inside and great for sports. Show all football and plenty of other sports,loads of TV's and can show different games at same time and free food was put on at half time. Seemed a bit clicky as you would expect in a local pub with the regulars but seemed ok and people were friendly enough

We ordered from this place for the first time and let me tell you. Probably one of the best pizza places in Ashton-under-Lyne, the pizzas came hot and ready. I would definitely recommend this place to other people if you haven't ordered from here.

I've used this place 3 times now and everytime the good is absolutely brilliant. Chicken burger is one of best I've had. Kebabs are on point the naan are always soft and thick absolutely beautiful.

Crunchy Chicken

❓ Have you Tried.. ? Crunchy Chicken Mossley ? Manchester Rd, Mossley, OL5 9AB Driving home for Christmas thought I would make the detour to Crunchy Chicken. The shop was clean and they were very busy with online orders coming in one after the other. The guy who served me was really polite and helpful. I ordered the spicy chicken burger and 3 spicy wings. It's worth mentioning that if you want the proper dipped burgers then you must request this otherwise you will just get the sauce drizzled on top. (Not stated on the menu). My order came very fast and I was on my way. The #burger was drenched in that spicy sauce which was darker than others I have had in the past, the fillet was an average size. The bun was toasted (over toasted actually) which was a nice touch that you don't often see in fried chicken shops. It added a nice level of crunch to the burger, the slightly burnt edges didn't really affect it. The sauce had a really nice spicy kick, it had a mild smoky flavour and it was thickly coated. The batter was not too thick and really held that spicy saucy sauce well but still had some crunch. The chicken was really hot and tender there was just enough mayo but hardly any lettuce at all. Overall the burger was really nice albeit a bit on the smaller side compared to some places it hit the spot but left me wanting another one. 7/10 Spicy Wings The wings strangely were all different, how I do not know. One was very small and dry, another was crunchy and juicy and the third was crunchy, chewy and greasy. I would not call these spicy wings as I did not pick up on any spice. The coating was very good, it was crunchy and not too thick. Dipped in their house sauce would take these wings to the next level. 5.5/10 Overall great customer service and really nice chicken. I would recommend and would return. A slightly less toasted bun, more generous with the lettuce and those wings coated in their spicy sauce would make a big difference. But this is going in my top 3 in #Tameside.
