“I had an amazing experience with the customer service at Costa Coffee. During my visit, I accidentally spilled my coffee, and one of the staff members was incredibly kind and understanding. She calmly told me that it was absolutely fine , cleaned up quickly, and even offered me a fresh coffee at no extra charge.
