“Visited here twice and both times the experience was excellent. Its a real gem of a cafe tucked away behind Ashton Market. Much cheaper than places nearby and really friendly staff. I was served very quickly both times and food arrived within 10 minutes. Food and tea really hot. Only slight complaint would be that the slice of pie given was slightly small but the portions of everything else were generous. Will definitely be returning here in the future. Some minor points of note are that there is no toilet available, no high chairs or children's menu and slight step into cafe to bear in mind for wheelchair users. You can pay by cash or card. There are 4 tables inside which seem to fill up quite quickly but also outdoor seating is available. Cafe has some really nice decor and vibe to the place.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian options available on menuKid-friendliness: Staff very friendly with children but there are no child's menu, high chairs or baby change facilities availableWheelchair accessibility: Slight step into the cafe and tables close together so would struggle for space. Also no toilets available”

“I had an amazing experience with the customer service at Costa Coffee. During my visit, I accidentally spilled my coffee, and one of the staff members was incredibly kind and understanding. She calmly told me that it was absolutely fine , cleaned up quickly, and even offered me a fresh coffee at no extra charge. Her kindness and professionalism turned an embarrassing moment into a positive experience. This level of service truly sets Costa apart.
