It looks like Costa is going downhills ! The service was really poor,staff attitude disgusting and very poor service. They spend more time on their phone and chatting to each other than serving!

Lydia was absolutely brilliant. I always find it very hard explaining the kind of latte or cappuccino I require..... Lydia however took on board my complicated instructions, understood me instantly and made me the best dry with half a shot cappuccino....it was totally amazing! She hit the nail on the head! What an awesome lady! Super hard working staff you have there....thank you to everyone especially Lydia and Kaya (the lovely security man) who always keeps an eye on my Autistic boy Saifaan. Lydia thank you so much for making me the best cuppa ! Your smile is wonderful and service exceptional. I would definitely be back becuase I know you will make me the best cappuccino just the way I like it :-)!! Best wishes Aisha

Lots of tables... that is pretty much all good I can say. The place is filthy, all of the tables had mugs on or we're not wiped, even if they were wiped - sticky. Floor - sticky, chairs dirty, propaly bedbugs nesting in them. Service was friendly but spilled the coffee already while serving. Milk in my coffee seemed off but it could be just overall impression of the place.

At 5pm heavy rain in Manchester and my blood sugar low (I am Diabetic) Costa was CLOSED. ? Despite the Costa Website saying it was open until 7pm.Man on the door would not give a reason why !Then he rudely told us to move away from the door as we were a fire hazard.Went to Cafe Nero.Very friendly staff there.
