I don’t usually write reviews but while eating at the Ashton-under-Lyne branch a little girl spilled her drink and staff ( Rebecca ) was on it straight away. Going above and asking me if everything was ok as a few sprinkles fell on me and possibly my food. She was attentive and very well observing. From the minute I walked through the door she made eye contact and acknowledged me and took my order. Very polite and observing. Thank you

First time I've been here and completely enjoyed the experience. The food was fantastic and the drinks choice. Didn't wait to long for the food. I went with family and friends, also the grandchildren. Can be a little expensive, but you get great food. The staff are great too. We went after trick or treating, with the grandchildren.

Food is very good, but it should be for the price you pay! Fast food… we could’ve gone and shot a cow quicker than they cooked the burgers. We waited 35 mins, we wished we would’ve gone to McDonalds.

Wow the burgers are the best second time in five guys it's simply the best from walking in the place it's clean the atmospher is good a great experience and the staff are great .go treat yourself you won't be disappointed ?

Went on a Saturday evening 8ish, so it was reasonably quiet. Served immediately and sat down waiting for our number to be called. Didn't wait too long. 2 burgers and a large fries & refillable drinks was £35 so not cheap but not bad either. Burgers were excellent and large fries is more than enough to share. Will deffo go again.

Well what can I say, this was such an experience, I can’t believe it was my first time. As soon as I walked in the tunes put me in a great mood after I had just been sacked. A chap in a black uniform with glasses served me and was so polite and very knowledgeable. I think his name was Lawrence. He recommended the chocolate milkshake and I must say it was 10/10. The burger had a perfect amount of ketchup on unlike other fast food places whom ration it. The fries are insane, YOU MUST TRY. The toilets were spotless, once again making this store stand out. Defo worth the money and I will be returning again! Sod making a roast I’ll be off to five guys in the future.

Had the pleasure of being served by Lawrence today whilst out with my family. He made great suggestions and aided us in choosing a lovely lunch. The food was excellent as always. Especially love the fact that this restaurant is always clean and tidy outside and in.
we always have such amazing experiences when we eat here , the Staff are amazing and so helpful with amazing customer service skills, especially Alisha, who every time we visit and she is there will make sure our children are happy and content with crayons and paper and serves us with a smile. this is the best five guys iv been too ! 10/10 , would definitely recommend this restaurant.Kid-friendliness: staff are very attentive and friendly with all children i have ever been with to this restaurant, going above and beyond to ensure they’re happy.
