Terrible meal last night , possibly the worse pizza I ever had , don't mention the garlic pizza bread , went on the £12.90 2 course menu but still got charged full individual price , no draught beer so had a bottle of beer each at £5.10 so basically £10.20 a pint, dirty seats , old food in side and rear of fixed chairs. Just horrible !!!

The food was good and the service was great, but overall it was good value for money!

Well that was just terrible. Pizza appeared to have been microwaved & the other food served was a fair way below average. The prices suggest F&B hold themselves in high regard, sadly it's a long way off the mark. Definitely avoid & get better food & value elsewhere.

Even though I mentioned that it was my sons birthday several times no mention, little disappointed.Serves was good, food tastie, portions small.Kid-friendliness: Waitress kind and made effort to speak to the kids

The food was generally indifferent and very overpriced, and the service slow and unreliable. On the plus side the onion rings were nice.Dietary restrictions: The staff weren't good at catering for nut or soy allergies, although my date didn't have an allergic reaction.

The place was really understaffed we were greeted by Janka on the way in and she showed us to the table took our drinks order, served our drinks took our food order, served our food, cleared our plates she did everything and seemed so over stretched but kept such a calm professional manner and was lovely. The food took a while to come but was nice and we were given some money off due to that. Thank you Janka your a credit to your Job !

some lady that worked there followed me into the toilets TWICE and continued to speak to me and my friend when we were minding our own business. The woman repeatedly knocked on the disabled toilet door telling us to get out when little does she know my friend has a hidden disability. the cheek of it honestly. have some respect!

Me and my girlfriend have had issues with ordering from the service known as Puddo which actually resides in Frankie and Benny’s Trowbridge. It offers delicious desserts to your door should you ever feel the need to satisfy your sweet tooth but don’t want to venture out. Sadly our experience again recently was anything but sweet. The delivery time changed twice before actually receiving the order (this was problematic as it was closer to the kids bed time.) Once the desserts arrived admittedly it was presented decently in separate boxes etc. but what those boxes contained was a calorific disaster. Cold waffles, not even cooked and we both remarked about the bananas on top having an odd taste, definitely not fresh. My girlfriend had the cheesecake which we could only assume had been sunbathing as it was sloppy, warm and had a taste like it was on the turn. I’ve never eaten cheesecake and thought of cheese so literally. The base was somewhat edible but we don’t buy a cake for just the base do we? The ice cream was terrible. I can only describe it as some off-brand cold mud. As the ice running through out had given it a somewhat gritty texture. Overall I can only assume ‘Puddo’ is some sort of term I’ve never heard of for ‘crap.’ 25 quid wasted and never returning. Avoid.

I would recommend spending your hard earned money elsewhere. Chicken was extremely dry and cold, ribs were cold and undercooked. I haven’t been to a place this bad in ages. The staff were nice, friendly and understanding of our complaints but the ‘chefs’ simply can’t cook.

Order number d4d49I ordered a bbq chicken burger with monterrey Jack cheese. Not only was there no cheese, the burger was more mayonnaise than it was bbq had to add my own. The big nail in the coffin for me was the burger was so cold it felt like it was straight from the fridge. That thing hadn't seen any heat to it whatsoever. Before anyone thinks its just cold because of delivery times bare in mind the fries with the burger were still nice and warm and not soggy at all. It was just an uncooked burger. Now onto the spicy meat feast pasta, you get 2 slices of pepperoni, 1 meatball and absolutely no garnish. It was also still cold in places. This place is a disgrace don't the chefs know that legally the food needs to be served atleast at 63°c. According to my partner (who's a chef herself) I could be in for a long night of food poisoning yet due to the part of the burger I did eat that was cold. If I lose wages on being sick for this expect a letter from my solicitor. The manager of this place needs to have a right good shake up of their chefs.

We ordered and then gave up after waiting 45 minutes. The guy in the kitchen was arguing very loudly with the manager and frequently wiped his nose on his sleeve.I won't be returning here.

D4D49You 'chefs' should be ashamed and embarrassed about the 'food' you're sending out. Pay a little more attention to your spec and recipes. The manager in charge should be even more ashamed, letting food like that leave the door! The chicken burger was literally stone cold, like, just removed from a fridge kinda cold.. paid extra for cheese, wasn't on there! Both BBQ sauce and mayo on the top and bottom of the burger bun, why? The fries were hot and they're usually the first thing to go cold, so how did the chicken burger lose so much heat? Doesn't make sense, unless you didn't cook the burger in the first place and didn't serve the cheese because cheese doesn't melt on a COLD burger.Spicy pasta was rubbish compared to the Denton Frankies. Burnt meatballs, not enough pepperoni, no garnish. Didn't seem like the same chain at all, two completely different restaurants, doing the same thing, only Denton outshines you in everyway.
