Honestly, don’t order from here, my girlfriend ordered from here at half 3 in the morning and left a note not to ring the door bell because she had just finished work, they decided to ignore the instructions and ring it anyway, when we got the food it was either undercooked or burnt which i didn’t even know was possible, can’t even get a good milkshake here, AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Ordered food on there website and took an hour for it to process which it never processed. Rang over 20 times. No one answered the phone. We did the live chat and no one got back to us. But still took a payment out of the bank

Phoned up to see where my order was as it was 30 mins late. Was told it's outside my door, no phonecall nothing. The guy on the phone was incredibly rude and said the driver phoned me (lies) and said he knocked on my door (lies) I have a ring doorbell. The daft £#@& left it outside my garden gate, he couldn't just walk 10 feet extra and knock on. Business full of muppits. Don't support em.

Don’t know how you can mess up a small order, But these managed it. Ordered a bottle of Pepsi, gave me a Diet Coke instead. Order a can of coke with a meal, forgot that. Ordered fries with another meal, forgot that as well. £22 waste of money.

Absolutely horrendous will never order from here ever again. Ordered at half 4 for half 5 delivery took £30 off us and still sat here at 7pm waiting other no food. Can’t get in touch with them on the phone! If I could have give zero stars I would don’t waste your money coz they just take it and don’t turn up or answer the phone! Shocking! My partner ended up driving to their shop and they’re closed! Absolute joke

after 3 unanswered phone calls i finally got through a while later after i noticed my food was late (this was an hour later they answered) and was rudely told to ‘have some patience’ and i was hung up on after very politely trying to ask just how long my delivery would be expected.(i wasn’t told)understandable that it’s late and they may be busy but i don’t exactly expect to be hung up on after my food being an hour later than the expected time. usually order from here every weekend but not anymore.
