I don't even know where to begin. I've used Uber eats countless times for McDonald's and every single time they don't send everything. Probably my own fault for keeping on ordering from here but you would think after several complaints that you may just get a decent service! Well that's not the case. I'm so out of pocket from missing items that Uber have now said I've reached my limit of refunds from them, even though my last 2 orders didn't get refunded! I had to reorder most of my order on new year's day because Uber said I had to wait 24 hours for someone to contact me, so basically I paid for the order twice. I'm fuming with it, this restaurant can not get anything right, how hard is it to pack an order correctly? They even tick off the receipt! They either lie or they give the orders to the wrong drivers! Either way I'm done with this restaurant. Don't order from here or you'll be out of pocket!

Why McDonalds insist on using Uber Eats for delivery is beyond me, absolutely worst delivery company in UK. Cancelled original driver, assigned new one, took half hour to pick up my (By then) cold order, but as he only took 10mins to deliver it Uber Eats say they did there bit and refuse to refund. All inedible, McDelivery? McDissapointment more like :(

Slow service, staff aren't friendly and don't want to serve you, waiting time is unacceptable, food quality is always substandard, had both delivery from here and ordered in store, and via the app. They just can't get it right. The staff thing they're there to stand around and talk about eachother rather than serve customers and provide good quality fast food. Have spoke to management, but nothing has changed. Makes me think that the management is 95% of the problem. Seems to want to employ immature teenagers instead of good quality staff. Was much better 10 years ago when old managers were there and more experienced staff.Parking: No parking at the store unless going after 5pm, still no official parking, and the cars that do park are Uber Drivers causing a nightmare for traffic and footfall in the town.Kid-friendliness: Not good for kids, full of scallys and chavs most of the time, staff are not friendly and don't make you feel welcome.Wheelchair accessibility: This is the only thing they can't get wrong, since the entrance way is at path level. They have narrowed the door making it harder for disabled to enter.

Uber eats have let this place down one of your uber eats driver must have got hungry and eaten my order it's disgraceful Terrible customer service food was never delivered asked to speak to the delivery driver they refused asked to be refunded they said its been delivered then spoke to the company they was delivering for and they said speak to them 60£ worth of food undelivered and out of pocket. Absolutely terrible communication with the customer service and even the manager of uber seyeda waddia.........

My mother went in to buy a happy meal and because the card machine didn't work and she didn't has enough cash they gave her it f9r for free. It nice to see how kind the staff was towards my mother thank again keep up the good work

Never will I ever again eat at this McDonalds.I had against my better judgement continued to order food from this Branch in-store and online. every time I go in the staff are rude, ignorant and have no people skills, every time I have ordered the food it is staler than the corpse of Tutankhamun.Today I have received 2 burgers that we're not only Stale but burnt, makes you think how hard is it really to burn you are given training to cook whilst also making it stale, the food was cold and presented like a 2 year olds playdough food set. I will never be returning to this branch.This McDonalds need shutting down, All the staff do is throw food in the microwave they have cooked 40 minutes prior and pretend you have been given a fresh burger I have witnessed this first hand. Disgusting!

Literally every single time you order from here there's items missing, things wrong on the order, employ people who can actually read the order correctly. Never have any issues with pamir drive but ordering from here is a joke.

I said my order number and I they said did u order large fries with it and I said no and they said which one is urs I said my order number and I asked for my refund back from £5 and they said I carn’t refund ur money back and I did well u used my Money. And they walked away so. I don’t recommend The staff there bc they so aggregate with the costumers. And. I got the food and it was freezing cold
